Cleanliness, friendly staff, lovely breakfast.

Such an amazing property that had so much to offer. It was in a great area, had amazing staff and the free breakfast buffet was sublime.

Good value for money, very nice building

Location was great. Right near the river. 20min walk to train station. Staff was really nice. Hostel was very clean. The rooms were big enough and very clean as well. Breakfast was very good. Only annoying thing is that you have to pay for a towel. But overall one of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed in.

A nice stay at a clean, quiet, affordable hostel in the city center. Close to the tourist attractions. A nice breakfast too.

Stayed here for one night in September in a private en suite room. The hostel is modern, clean and comfortable. It's located in a quiet part of Basel 10-15 mins walk from both the old town and Kleinbasel. No complaints!

Simple one, but everything is fine. No fancy, no more cost, good for backpackers.

I stayed one night at the hostel and very much enjoyed it. The staff were welcoming and helpful, everything was clean and new. The location is good for a walk into the old town and quite easy to find. I paid for the hostel dinner which was really good, and a free breakfast is always a good thing! I would recommend this hostel.

Nice environment & excellent facilities provided.

I use hostels quite regularly for football related travel to keep costs down. This hostel excelled. Excellent facilities, clean and modern, great breakfast included, ten minute walk to main centre. Certainly not the cheapest around Europe but exceptional value compared to local hotels.
