Was put in room across the street and about 100 yards from reception.

Like the room was clean,convenient and housekeeper try really hard.

Could do with a little tender care. Wall furnishings are peeling away. Parque style flooring uneven. No signs saying that check in,is in fact across the road. In block B . Signs warning of low headroom are partially missing. On the positive side the food and staff were very good.

Comfortable clean room, good shower, nice towels (however, the hotel allow guests to use white bath towels at the pool and beach). Large swimming pool. Breakfast buffet ok (only ate once). Nice evening meal on the beach. Better than its 2* rating

Good place, location, service. Just hotel is on the street. I could year every car passing by. It is ok during evening, but 5 am it was a but irritating

Prisvärt hotell med frukost och restaurang direkt på stranden. Fräscht poolområde, dock lägger folk ut handduken på morgonen och håller stolar även om man inte är vid poolen. Rummen på Princess ligger ut med huvudgatan. Trafiken lugnar ner sig vid 23-tiden. Försök boka rum med balkong mot huvudgatan, då får man viss havsutsikt. Vissa rum har inte ens balkong eller balkong utan utsikt.

I got room in B-block thats not on the beach side but opposite. Rom and bed is actually very good, but when it comes to the traffic true the night.....hopeless ! Woke up every 45 minutes. Make sure you get rooms beach side , because that part of the hotell looked very nice, with swim pool, bar, and restaurant. Paid 1000GHB for the night.

Ihan ok 1-2 tähden hotelli, perussiisti joskin remontin tarpeessa. Matkalaukkujen raahaaminen kolmanteen kerrokseen Thaimaan kuumuudessa sai toivomaan hissiä. Hyvä sijainti.

Zimmer auf der Bergseite des B Blockes miefte ordentlich. Kein anderes Zimmer, laut Manager verfügbar obwohl online noch mehrere buchbar waren. Weiter waren ab Mittag weder Badetücher noch Strandliegen, welche extra bezahlt werden müssen, zur Verfügung... Somit ein eher durchzogene Aufenthalt in diesem Etablissement.

There was no wifi in the room! At first there is no reception and no mention where to check in. Finally you can find by walking and asking that you can check in at the other hotel. The check-in was not easy. Then there was no tv channels before I discovered myself that the antenna cable was not on place. The wifi was working only at the other hotel area, at the other side of the road. There was no wifi in the room at all!

Hotellin sijainti täydellinen. Aamupala ihan ok. Erittäin hyvä allas ja ranta aivan täydellinen.

Vi hade boka 2 st rum med 2st enkelsängar. När vi checkade in fick vi veta att det inte existerade rum med 2 st enkelsängar i Tower B som vi hade bokat.Det fanns endast dubbelsängar i Tower B. Hotellet vägrade att flytta oss till Tower A som hade Rum med 2 st enkelsängar utan att vi skulle betala extra för dessa rum. Tog kontakt med hotels.com om detta problem och sade att dom skulle ordna så att vi fick dom rum som vi hade bokat. Tyvärr så kan vi konstatera att Vi inte fick någon hjälp från Hotels.com. Inte heller har vi fått något erbjudande om kompensation för att vi fick fel rum. Rum med 2st enkelsängar finns fortfarande att boka på Hotels.com trots att dom inte existerar.

Ble tilbudt rom uten balkong selv om bestillingen var m balkong! Hadde bestilt rom mot byen, fikk rom mot fjellet😡 Ellers var anlegget ok og rommene rene.
