Our room was lovely, great balcony, good shower and comfortable bed. The breakfast was great too good selection of food and drinks. The outside pool was open 8-8 but was freezing which was a shame and a large charge to use the indoor pool/spa. You had to book in advance too and it had restricted opening times.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, primarily due to its convenient location—just a short walk to Roma Termini, with local bus stops nearby. It's also close to La Romana, a renowned gelateria, as well as a pharmacy and a local pizzeria. The breakfast offered a variety of tasty options, which I appreciated. However, the lunch and dinner menus could be improved, as I felt they lacked authentic Italian flavors. The staff were courteous and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. Regarding the amenities, the indoor swimming pool was not operational during my stay, and the outdoor pool was too cold to use comfortably. Additionally, the poolside showers were not functioning. Overall, despite some shortcomings, it was a pleasant stay, and the hotel's location and staff made it a convenient choice for exploring Rome.

Location was not as central as i thought

The hotel is in a quiet and safe location and close to the main train station and Metro. The breakfast was always good and the staff super helpful and friendly. We loved the piano bar but visited out of season so didn’t really use the outdoor facilities. It is close enough to walk to main attractions like the Colosseum (about half an hour). Would happily recommend and stay here again ☺️

Good option when looking for accommodation and breakfast package. The staff was attentive and friendly, breakfast was just ok, but rooms could do with a bit of touching up, and deep clean, especially bathrooms - as those details really stood out. Extra points for lovely bar area and the pianist, electronic panels to manage lights in the room and option to eat outside in the lovely patio area. Good to know - it's preferred to receive payment for city tax in cash, should have been more clear when booking via Expedia as people tend to go cashless nowadays and it's been a nuissance for us. We were allowed to pay card in the end, but staff made a funny face which was not necessary though

The hotel was ideal location and close to many sights

The hotel was ok, at best. Location was not good for casual stroll into town for tourist attractions or dinner. Pillows were hard and uncomfortable. The black wall separating the bathroom and bedroom is a terrible idea, as not visible during the night. Otherwise hotel was pleasant enough, staff were friendly.

I was completely misled by pictures of this hotel. I had booked the junior suite which includes two double beds.Upon arrival, there was only 1 double bed and a sofa, when I went to the receptionist, they were extremely unhelpful and said that since I booked the suite on an external site, there was nothing to do... it was very upsetting. Additionally, when I emptied the bath it leaked down to the bathroom and emitted an awful sewage smell. The next morning i told reception and when i came back in the evening they said it had been fixed only for the exact same thing to happen the next time the bath got emptied.... Furthermore, our shower tiles were cracked and the Spa pool was out of order. All, in all, a disappointing and mediocre stay.

Our room was a suite with a double bed and hotub upstairs and two more single beds downstairs. After filling the hotub up and 5 minutes spent in it the water level had dropped and this was due to a leak which flooded the upstairs floor and went all down the wall and through cracks in the ceiling which were already present. We were moved rooms with not too much hassle but the staff were standoffish and made us recollect the room keys from reception. The spa area was shut when we wanted to go in the afternoon of our first day there and we were told to book in to use it the next day which we declined as we didn’t know what time we wanted to go. The next day we asked to book in for use of the spa and were again told that it was closed despite being told the day before that we could have booked in. We had also asked in the morning before leaving if the spa was open and reception staff confirmed that it was. We were passed off by reception staff to the staff in the spa. They told us that maintenance work was being done as they had a problem with the pool. We were shown the spa area and the pool was completely drained and looked like it hadn’t been in use for months. Despite this we were told that it would be shut for the next 2 days (conveniently the last two days were were in Rome for) and then open the day after. No one gave a clear answer as to what work was being done which makes me think that the spa is permanently shut and customers are told that it will be open in a few days

Nice building. Unfortunately.. we particularly booked this hotel for the SPA but when we arrived the jacuzzi was not working at all for the whole time and for 1 day nothing was working. We were very disappointed.

Amazing 6 night stay at hotel the building. Couldn’t recommend more, staff were all so welcoming and keen to help. Building was immaculate, breakfast delicious. Location ideal for Termini station, villa bourghese and only a 20min walk into the centre for the coleseum, trevi fountain and shops. Only slight downside was the spa being closed for refurbishment, but it was open on my final day and my massage made the perfect end to a great trip.

Great hotel. Breakfast really abundant. The staff caring and friendly people. Hospitality was just outstanding. Only thing I would pick up on is the round beds in the junior suite (being the best room) A little uncomfortable and hard.

Took a while to realize that the key card must be inserted in order to turn on the lights.
