The renovation is not finished yet, so it is not welcoming to guests. There is a smell of paint. Sometimes the water in the bathroom is flowing and sometimes it is not.

Overall it is considered good. But don't let them fix the room door. It's difficult to open and close and makes loud noises.

The room is not soundproof. Can't sleep at all, not worth it
