Good service

Courtyard was ideal for this visit. I paid extra for a river view room, and wasn’t disappointed. Everything in the room was in good order. I enjoyed one dip in the hot tub. The location was convenient for walking from/to Amtrak and to/from the Pioneer Center where i enjoyed the Reno Phil concert. For me , the one thing that would improve the experience would be good strong complimentary coffee (I don't think much of in-room coffemakers)-I think that would be an appropriate amenity for the cost of the stay. The bistro food and service was high priced, but decent.

I just stayed for one night, but it was clean and modern and walkable to everything

unfortunately, Hotels did not inform us of the low clearance for the hotel parking garage. Consequently, we had to park a block away and walk in the cold and dark to reach the hotel entrance. The garage has a 6' 5" clearance and we were just one inch too tall. Be blame Hotels for this oversight.

I was charge for parking, no that i have problem paying is just that I was never told until i saw the charge on my card and i had to go down to the lobby and ask. Around 11am we requested housekeeping service, we keft the hotel and upon my return the room was never clean, all that i had was a new set of towels left by the entrance... Poor customer service.

I enjoyed that the hotel site was very quiet and within a walkable distance of downtown and my family! Plan on staying here for future visits😊
