We enjoyed our stay, the owner and staff are lovely, the breakfast buffet is outstanding.

Hôtel Richelieu is a beautiful old hotel that was built in the 1860s. It has lots of great amenities, and is in the heart of the activity in Arcachon. The hotel is showing its age a little bit, but it is well maintained, clean, and well-appointed.

Exceptional service. The staff was lovely. The view from our room was amazing. A beautiful location and perfectly settled into a very fancy shopping district. So glad we stumbled along this hotel.

There was construction in the street so no hotel parking was accessible. We had to pay at a public parking 10 min walking from the hotel.

Stayed just the one night as were away with Ferrari group. Nice older hotel, very polite staff.

Very comfortable, quiet. Great breakfast. Car park a little small so had to park in Indigo car park down the road. €15 for 24 hours I think it was.

NOT A FREE PARKING!!! Be ready get a letter 2 days before arrival that you have to paid 20Euros for the nearby ( 300 meters ) parking. Or park on the street ,but no more than 2 hours period.

We stayed one night in a sea view room. Very happy with everything and wouldn't hesitate in recommending this hotel.

Terrible parking experience & ordered to vacate hotel guest parking whilst taking a cafe coffee 5m from my parked vehicle directly in front; having driven 400km Was told 2 minutes you go !!! This is a no go hotel with reception problems & it shows in the aggressive staff attitude as to telling you what to do. I avoided breakfast & departed early morning yet they still tried to charge breakfast at checkout I would not stay here ever again

We have stayed on all kinds of accommodations on our travels. We can honestly say that this hotel is our favorite on this trip. Our room was ready and AC was on when we checked in 3 hours early. Jessie on the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. Our room has all the touches of a luxury hotel. We seldom recommend hotels but we can say that you get your money’s worth staying here. Location is perfect, you can walk to restaurants and the pier . Our room had a sea view and sunset was amazing. All the staff were very friendly and ready to help. Keep up the good work.

En visite sur Arcachon voici un hotel fort agreable avec vue sur ke bassin en plein centre ville. Le personnel estctres arrangeant et bien sympathique. Il faut juste eviter lrs chambres qui donnent sur la rue. Tres bon buffet pour le petit déjeuner.
