My Points

The room is OK, but look tired. The bath tub and bathroom quite big. Breakfast was OK, but will be quite bored if you stay longer than 2 days. The receptionists are all male, but the product knowledge must be better.

Frangipani hotel at Phnom Penh is much much better than the one at Sean Reap
