The male receptionist was like he didn't need guests, I stood in front of the reception for nearly 30 seconds without saying hello or asking if I needed any assistance. makes me think I'm not well dressed so I'm not welcome

Phòng không giống như hình trên trang Web, tivi rất tệ, đi đúng vào mùa World cup không em được, đồ dùng cá nhân trong phòng sơ sài, tôi hỏi lễ tân thì họ nói khách cần dùng thì mới đưa lên.

Very close to the lake shore, the rooms on the high floor and the coffee area can view the lake. Nice clean room, nice staff. Breakfast is delicious and varied. Very nice coffee area.

Double room with 2 beds for 4 people, but asking for an additional room card, the hotel does not give it, very inconvenient. Book a total of 5 rooms, of which 1 room requires an extra bed, the hotel told me to run out of extra beds. The spring mattress in the room has deteriorated, lying down is very painful. Front desk staff unprofessional.

I found the hotel rooms clean, tidy, and the housekeeping was neat and tidy. I was satisfied with the breakfast buffet. The dishes were not very diverse and monotonous.

The hotel is very good. Clean rooms, enthusiastic staff. Surrounded by many guerrilla spots. Not to mention, going to Bui Thi Xuan street is full of food
