Very good location but not cleaned.

Except for the location near the center, nothing is ok. Everything is bad.

Doesn't provide bath soap, I stayed for 4 nights but the room was never cleaned, mineral water was only provided on the first day, TV didn't work, strategic location, friendly receptionist.

I stayed there for 3 days, and asked the hotel to clean the room, but on the 3rd day someone moved in. The front desk does not help guests take their luggage.

Location of hotel is close to 23/9 Park and Central Market. Front lobby is cafe, then you need to walk inside for hotel lobby. Room is good. Air conditioner is okay. Bathroom is clean. Elevator is available.
