Old room, top floor. Not as advertised. Poor soundproofing. Hot water is difficult to regulate. In return the receptionist and staff were still very oke, just did not like the room.

The hotel is beautiful, luxurious, fully furnished. I found in room 803, it is very large, has quite a window and full of natural light. Especially impressive is the service, attentiveness and enthusiasm of the staff, from the enthusiastic welcome staff to carrying luggage, taking the car to help themselves, the receptionist is always smiling and stands up to greet each When guests come and go across the front desk, the receptionist actively asks guests to clean the room every day, when the check-out also actively asks guests to take a taxi at a discount, even to the cleaning staff even though not having to meet tenants in the room they are cleaning, they also proactively greet guests, very impressed by the staff here, a variety of breakfast, drinks and desserts. Very reasonable in price range. If I have the opportunity to visit Hanoi again, I will definitely come back!

Room is spacious but no window. Furniture is old, particularly the air conditioner is old and noisy. Bed is uncomfortable, caused terrible pain in back after sleeping. Breakfast is very poor. Overall not so clean and quite messed up.

The hotel is clean, near the center (for those who do not want to stay in the old town, ban on weekends). The room is quite spacious and airy. Guests are a bit dark, not bright and new as in the picture, but also ok, fully equipped and clean. I chose this hotel because the location is about 1 km from the circus. The circus is Vietjet's bus station, which costs 40k from the airport. Motorbike taxi to hotel 25k. Compared to taxis, the cost to 240k is minimal. The second is going to Hai Phong, Quang Ninh ... now there is a limousin to pick up at Ba Trieu Street very near the hotel. Today I went to Hai Phong and took the car to take the place, it only took 180k. From the hotel location walk to Trieu Viet Vuong Coffee Street, eat Hue Street, Vietnamese Rice Bui Thi Xuan Street, porridge heart Nguyen Du. If people in the South are not familiar with the taste, there are Cho Lon noodles and Bui Thi Xuan broken rice. And it's not in the old town area where cars are banned, so wherever you go, you have a hen. Vincom Ba million things to wait for you. Compared with the price of Go Vap hotel in the South, the room price is similar but there is no breakfast. Before going back to your home to book on the app, the price is 450k. New receptionist knows the booking system for automatic pricing on crowded or absent days. Should book rooms online first to get the best price. The hotel is free for guests to treat on the first day and 50% on the next day in the July fart. The rooms at first received a problem with the smell. I think the fault in the long section of the toilet has not been drained or the ventilation system has a problem. And it is solved immediately by changing the room to a higher window. Generally browse for a trip at an acceptable cost.
