Everything was great

The room was dirty, there was a horrible smoke smell, cockroach ran down the coffee carafe in the lobby, the walls were torn open. It looked as if it should be shut down. We stayed there a few years ago and to say it’s gone down hill is an understatement!

Room wasn't ready and dirty. 2 towels, no toiletries, tv had issues, and found a cockroach last day!!!

I tried to check out at 6 a.m, and I was unable to go through the front door as it was locked. So, I had to go through a side door, and walk through the hotel in order to check out. Usually, at other Motel 6 locations, the front door would be open to check out. Other than this, the stay went well.

The motel was dirty. No rent desk service. No breakfast.

I have bad legs so stairs would not do. check im clerk took an extra look and was able to put me on 1st floor

When we arrived at the property nobody was there, so couldn’t use our reservation and had to go to a different hotel.

Was consistently told not to stay here by locals. No room was available on our arrival.

This property was not clean or comfortable. Tom Bodet would be very disappointed. We left and slept in our vehicle.

Unable to check in due to issue's that were not told to us had to find another place.

I was here for basketball. The property manager Ronnie cancelled my reservation “through Expedia” without notice. I arrived to check in, but instead spoke to a hostile Ronnie because he could not provide proof of his correspondence with Expedia. He told me no one was staying at the hotel since the water did not work at all, within the entire facility. I watched several guests go to their rooms without delay. I also spoke to the guest about their water, that worked fine.

The hot water tanks didnt work had no hot water! No service for rooms, and they have bed bugs!!! Had to move motels n was oht of pocket 300$ then they charged my debit card again after i was already gone!!

This was the worst Motel 6 I have ever stayed at.. You have to call to get somebody to come to the desk to check in. I don’t think the room was even cleaned before we got there. The bathroom is falling apart. There was a dirty washcloth hanging on the shower curtain rod, toilet paper stuffed into the ceiling tiles. There was pee and toilet paper in the toilet, and my husband had to fix the flush lever. Seen a cockroach in the shower. Apparently they’re ok with a woman walking around the pool screaming like a psycho at 1am, because they allowed her to do this for at least an hour. Nobody at the front desk to complain to.. Should have left and found a cleaner place to stay, but it was late when we got there.

Amenities were in short supply. No alarm clock, no kleenex, no coffee in or outside of room. First time staying at this particular motel. Stayed one night.

I arrived 3 am with my son, the door was closed. It’s was freezing outside. I kept calling the number on the paper that they left in the front door for customer. They never picked up the phone call. Thank you GOD the amazing Dragon Fly Inn & Suites was open and had a room.
