Very welcoming!! The gentleman at check-in was an excellent person to greet guests. The place was very clean , and just a good vibes. The room ( we had a suite ) was a perfect setup. Great walk-in shower.

The decor was very organic. We loved it!

Room was spacious. Breakfast was nice. The gym was fairly adequate. I wished they had more up to date equipment. I didn’t try the pool so I don’t know. Staff was professional. I liked that they had a social event on Wednesday night with free alcohol, very nice gesture.

I had a great experience thanks to the manager, who was incredibly professional, friendly, and informative throughout. It's clear that his team has a strong leader who leads by example, creating a positive and efficient environment. The entire staff reflects his leadership, and it really shows in the level of service provided.

This is my favorite place to stay when visiting my son in Augusta…it is perfect

I've stayed in many hotels over the last 20 years in Augusta to visit family and friends. This hotels is easily the cleanest and most modern of the bunch. It doesn't disappoint.

Great staff—very welcoming & personable. Management / operators like this want repeat visits—and it shows 100%.

The room was very comfortable. The fully equipped kitchen was very convenient. The breakfast was really good. The only issues were the sink in the bathroom did not have hot water and the TV could only be seen from the dining table. It would have been better if the TV was on a swivel stand so I could watch from the very nice sofa.

Overall it’s a nice hotel. It’s right off the highway so there’s a gas smell from ghe gas station and some highway noise. That can’t be helped. The front desk manager was helpful.

Staff was not helpful and rude

We’ve stayed here twice and we’ll be back when coming back to Maine.

I grew up in the area, so when I return home this is the #1 hotel I choose for my family when I'm visiting relatives. I personally think it's one of the best hotels in the area. My son calls it his home every time we drive past it.
