We were greeted shortly after entering the lobby. The lady who checked us in was very sweet and kind. Our whole experience was pleasant. Cost was appropriate for the what we received.

It was clean and quite.

Stayed one night for a business trip. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included. Nothing fancy but good. My only minor complaint was that I could hear doors slamming in the hallway. Otherwise, a very good deal for the price.

Check in was easy. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was very good.

Excellent stay, wish I could have been there for longer! Minus one star for loud pre-check-out knock followed immediately by the door opening and "Housekeeping!" (I didn't even have a chance to answer.) Thankfully the extra bar was up, so she couldn't enter. If check out is at 11, I'll be there until 10:59. Please don't knock, or come in at 10:40.

Breakfast was good.

Dog barking incessantly after being put in a room by the elevator. Come on, man! Use your brain. Dogs go to the end of the hall!

Clean and quiet

The size of the king suite was great, but the whirlpool had some sort of black particles that ended up coming out of the jets and into the water.

These rooms are in dire need of a complete overhaul. The carpets are disgusting. Needs updating badly. The smell seemed like it used to be a smoking room.
