The infinity pool is amazing. Access is difficult as the road is very steep. We had multiple incidents during our stay, but the biggest one was the following. For clarity, we booked a private villa with a private pool. My teenage daughter was enjoying the property when two workers went to fix something under our private pool, accessing our villa surroundings where we assumed we would be alone. We have not been informed upfront, and it felt like a terrible intrusion. We were two women traveling alone and never expected our privacy to be intruded in such a way by two men in a Muslim country. When we informed reception, they said it was only miscommunication as they assumed we were still in the common area having breakfast, but we informed Abdul, the receptionist, that we were going back to the villa after he confirmed that the cleaning of the villa and of the pool was done. So it was very clear where we were, and if any miscommunication happened, it was between the hotel team. We were offered complimentary breakfast, but it didn't make up for the trouble. The lady receptionist is amazing and has been supportive during all our stay. She made everything for us to feel welcome.

The Seven Havens is a hidden gem in Lombok, best suited for travelers seeking scenery & boutique luxury rather than a busy resort vibe. Staff’s hospitality feels personal & warm.

We are happy we chose Seven Havens. The view is very nice. The villa is located on a hill, which we can enjoy solitude tranquil. Staff have been nice to us, especially Ujee and Nani, who give us very useful information on this island.

Pengalaman tak terlupakan di 7Havens, Perjalanan dari bandara tidak memakan waktu terlalu lama, kondisi Jalan menuju 7havens baik. Lokasi “tersembunyi” dengan pemandangan indah, akan tetapi cukup dekat dari pantai pantai/tempat wisata. Kamar bersih, manager beserta staff sangat ramah, bila kami membutuhkan sesuatu, mereka sigap membantu.

I went to Lombok with my husband and we stayed at Seven Havens Residence. The staff were very friendly. The Manager Mr. Wawan was very helpful and kind too. The room was huge, clean and beautiful. We got best view from our room. The breakfast was so tasty and many choices. We really enjoyed our stay at Seven Havens Residence. One of the best place to stay in Lombok 😎 Can't hardly wait to come back!

Seven havens are very private and convenient for those who look for an ultimate healing experience. I stay with my wife here and we are really thrilled with the view and ambience of the place. One of the most unique and relatively good price residents to stay in the Selong Belanak area.

Best place ever in your life! I do actually have an expectation about the room (With private pool), but I never seen any better than this silence and healing nuance? Seven havens one of the wonderful place to stay in my whole life, yet. They even could take us to lop airport with private car (Price affordable) The staff are wholesome kind😳 couldn't ask for more. Never wrote a review with this warm-hearted and being very honest. Seven havens deserve more ❤️✨
