The room was wonderful and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was an easy walk to the Prinzipalmarkt.

Pleasant and helpful staff

The hotel was in a good area, close to the city center, very walkable. The room wasn't large but it was clean and laid out very well. Lots of well planned storage options with built-in drawers and cupboards. The parking was convenient, under the hotel, tight spaces and entry/exit if you have a larger vehicle, otherwise clean and safe. It was very quiet and comfortable stay.

Lovely hotel with great service. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was comfy and spacious and bathroom had plenty of space for toiletries with a good shower. The location is really central.

Great location, close to the downtown core, as well as a nice walk to the Schloss and the University. I did not park a car here. The breakfast was very good, lots of choices, and fully functional both when crowded and uncrowded. (In the elevator they have an expected timetable for breakfast busyness.) I took advantage of the quite nice sauna a couple of times. Would recommend.

The hotel was great and the staff were wonderful. Being able to leave our bags before check-in was so helpful and we loved the chocolate treats at the door in the morning. Fabulous location!

My towels were not replaced and I had to chase the reception 2 times.

Loved the location! We booked the suite which was a great value. The hotel is modern, bright and welcoming with its mid century decor. Our suite was enormous with a large and quiet balcony. The bathroom had a walk-in shower with all the amenities. The included breakfast very special with incredible choices and wonderfully set up. All the staff was friendly and helpful. We loved our experience at the Stadhotel and recommend it to all travelers.

Very friendly staff, clean, and good quality

The Stadhotel Munster is close to the old section of the city, within very easy walking distance to the Domplatz, the University, and the old churches in the heart of Munster.

Generally a nice hotel and a number of things, such as the bathroom, have been renovated recently. However, carpets looked rather old and dirty, not making this a 5* review. Also, while the hotel provides a small gym, it is limited to a bicycle and a stepper. This was disappointing.

This is a very nice hotel with a friendly staff. Everyone spoke English that I interacted with. The hotel is conveniently located near the Aasee, downtown and many shops and nice places to walk. Really the only complaint I have about this hotel is the breakfast costs 16 Euros a day. It is a very nice breakfast with many options to choose from, but it is not worth 16 Euros. I think 10 Euros would be a fair price.

good hotel, friendly, excellent sauna though a very limited gym

Hotel is in a great location, just a few blocks from the downtown and the Lake. If you don't desire the buffet breakfast, the bakery/cafe just down the street serves great food for a reasonable price--roisinbrotchen and cranberry quark brotchen is a must! The rooms are very small but I expect this in Europe anyway. There's also a fitness center but a walk around town and to the lake nearby is a lot better way to exercise in my opinion. The staff are very friendly too.

Checking in was easy and pleasant. Staff were efficient and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is close to the contemporary art museum so well placed to access the Sculpture Project.
