All Sentosa are good deals wether it is Feicui, Majialong or this one Taoyuan. I just prefer the other building close to lobby

The hotel is beautiful, but almost nobody speaks even basic English, which I found strange as it's a 4-star hotel. The pool area was a bit gloomy. There was no music, no nice vibe and you had to wear a swimming hat to enter the pool. Just the atmosphere of the pool area was a bit cold. The hotel itself was at a nice location, the staff was semi-helpful, definitely not smiley. The room I booked smelled like cigarettes so the staff was kind enough to upgrade me to a better room that didn't smell. I enjoyed my visit in China.

Not too bad but it’s just a bit older than the look we saw in the promoted pictures. Comfortable and convenience.

我們一行六人，早上已到酒店本來想先放下行李再出去玩，但酒店已經可以提早給我們入住，酒店員工服務態度很好，還協助我們用手機叫車外出，早上還有免費咖啡可以在書吧休閒享用，酒店鄰近地鐵站非常方便，旁邊還有7–11，酒店性價比非常高

Some rooms are a little old and would need to be redecorated but it is quite okay and Sentosa is my favorite option in Nanshan. Great service, creful staff, spacious well equipped rooms, even the area is great

The hotel s located at convenient area, only few mins by walk fr metro Taoyuan stn. If coming fr Shenzhen Bay custom, can take bus 90 to metro Window of the world stn and taje the green line to Taoyuan, only 4 stops. There r quite some resturants nearby. Hotel s under renovation. Room s spacious w kitchen. Only one thing not being happy is hotel didnt reply my message.

Good: Large, comfortable room. Great breakfast! Need improvement: Only 2 items in minibar. Slow WiFi. No access to TV HDMI ports for watching movies on personal device.

Ideal location in Nanshan and with good access to metro station. Disappointed that TV channels are all Chinese except one. Otherwise a very nice hotel.

I was a little disappointed as the hotel was a little dated. There were also a knack of staff who could speak English which was an issue. The location was good with lots of restaurants nearby and a convenience store right outside the hotel. The metro is only a few mins walk and there were few shopping malls that were only a few stops away. For the price this hotel was a decent stay for our business trip. I would recommend this hotel if you’re looking for something mid price in a good location.

Convenient and near to train station. Breakfast was quite good. Quite a few eateries around the area.

The room is clean. Staff are polite and helpful. There are a lot of optionals for breakfast. The location is convenient near subway.

Good location

A nice new hotel in shenzhen Nanshan. It is so close to the metro station. Hotel staff are nice and holelpful. They arrange a quiet room for me. Room is spacious and cozy. There is a microwave oven. There's a small patio that I can hang my clothes in the sun. Nice! BTW, the swimming pool is quite new and well maintained.
