The room is a bit small and stuffy, but the surrounding amenities are ok, right on the walking street, so you can have everything when you step out. The staff is enthusiastic. Oh, the TV 📺 is for fun but can't be used 😝😝😝😝😝😝

It's wet bathroom. Meaning the toilet will be wet when you take shower for someone who is not familiar.

Homestay right in the center of the Western street, very convenient for traveling but not too noisy, the price is very cheap. The two staffs are friendly and cheerful. I booked a room with one bed and got a free upgrade to a super big, spacious, and clean double room. Overall, there is nothing to complain about except the wifi is too weak, I hope the wifi can be improved.
