The location was centrally located near everything which was great. The room was small and simple, but that was expected, and most importantly, it was clean. The rooftop pool and surrounding area were clean and had breathtaking views of the city, but the part that stood out the most during our short stay there was the front desk staff. Corrina was so welcoming when we arrived as well as her colleagues whose names escape me at the moment unfortunately. When it was time for us to leave, Corrina called us a taxi and then waited outside for it so we didn’t have to worry about it. We hugged goodbye, kissed on the check and off to the train station we went which is only minutes from their hotel. Grazie Corrina for making us feel like your hotel’s only guests.

Very good breakfast included with the room. Very nice shower and room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is walkable to all the major tourist areas. Take food available very close to the hotel. Walkable to the train station.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and modernized. Unbelievable view from rooftop pool area. Walking distance to just about everything. Even walked to and from Piazzale Michelangelo.

Noisy, unfriendly and helpless staff. They can easily and very relaxed lie into your face and ignore what you asked for as a customer.

These rooms are extremely small but the hotel is up to date close to everything you need in downtown Florence.

Our stay at Glance Hotel was absolutely wonderful! The rooms are modern, fresh, and incredibly comfortable—exactly what you want after a day exploring the city. The location couldn’t be better: right in the heart of Florence, within walking distance of all the main sights. The included breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety to start the day. One of the highlights was definitely the rooftop; stunning views of the city and a lovely pool to relax by. The staff were all kind, helpful, and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. This hotel truly made our time in Florence extra special. Highly recommended!

Walkable to all attractions, staff very accommodating and clean rooms. The only drawback was it was a bit noisy from people coming and going to their rooms.

This was a fabulous small hotel so centrally located for walking, not only convenient to the train station (5 minute walk) but to everything you want to see in Florence. I would recommend highly!

Loved the room. Weather nice but outdoor bar on 6th floor closed which was disappointing.

We could not have stayed at a better place for our visit. This hotel is in an extremely convenient location for walking around the city, getting to popular sites/museums, and traveling via the train station. We especially enjoyed watching the sunset from the 360 view on the hotel rooftop while sipping on cocktails with free snacks. The free breakfast was one of the best I have ever had at a hotel. The hotel was very clean and staff were friendly and responsive.

Small, compact hotel close to all the main sites of interest. Courteous staff

The hotel itself is very basic and the rooms are small, especially the bathroom which has a very poor functionality in terms of layout. Giant what the hotel itself lacks in charm, style, or comfort it more than makes up for in terms of location and the rooftop bar/pool. And the complaints of the beds not being adequate were not an issue for me. I would stay there again with the knowledge that it’s just a place to rest your head since you’ll likely be out and about most of the day and into the night.

The pictures look much better than what you get. The room was very small but clean.
