We had a midnight check in. The first room had bugs and stains pn the wall. Second room smelled, the next day I asked for cleaning service. The sheets and bed has many stains filthy. But they cleaned up the room and it was ok. Good location though.

Gostei bastante da estadia, localização muito boa, o quarto estava limpinho, café da manhã com opções variadas.

Infelizmente as toalhas e a roupa de cama estavam manchadas de amarelo, precisam rever o contrato com a lavanderia urgente.

The overall experience was pretty average for a chain brand. The air-condition was quite noisy - guests who are minded abt this detail, do take note. The buffet breakfast, whilst there was variety was very mediocre. The location was good, it being just 5 minute walk from the beach front/promenade. If you dont speak Spanish/Portuguese whilst visiting Brazil, the experience for tourists is very poor. So this will affect customer service. Thankfully, the check-in staff spoke decent English.

The room is outdated and small. The fram of the bathroom is molded.

The hotel is just a block away from the metro and and a couple of blocks from the beach. There's heaps of food options nearby and it's easier to get anywhere in the city from it. Staff was a joy, rooms are standard Ibis rooms which are consistently good anywhere in the world. I would definitely recommend to stay at the hotel if you are coming to Rio.

The price was quite high with no breakfast included, the power to the building went out twice, no shampoo or conditioner in the shower despenser, the staff were friendly and helpful

Most of all, I love the excellent service I get from the employees it is such an amazing comfortable, and safe place to stay

The bed was not clean

Ótima localização. Padrão Ibis. Apena o ovo no café da manhã não estava legal. Cada dia vinha com padrão bem diferente.
