The service staff at the hotel has no service mind. The old room has a musty smell. Especially the bathroom. Such a wonderful hotel and staffs. Very friendly and helpful. The room was big and clean. Breakfast was ok just only not many choices. We had to leave early on 9th of Feb in the morning, was asking the staffs if we can have breakfast earlier than 06.00 am and the receptionist was very helpful. We had a small issue also as my husband got hurt from food, there was a piece of glass on food and hurt his mouth. We did inform the lady in the kitchen but not much to do. We fully understood that many some accident could also happen. Nice view also as we could see Laos from the hotel. Many good restaurants around, nice food and good price. Will go back for sure!!
