Condo was beautiful. Very little amenities compared to other condos we have rented. No second blanket, and had cold water for 2 of the 3 days for showers. Location was great.

Unit 4210 at 300 Front Street. I agree with others saying it’s a good sized space with two bedrooms, good views and close to the action. Unfortunately, the high rise elevators were down so only 1/3 working and apparently this is a normal thing. I met many angry residents in those elevators who don’t see eye to eye with the many rentals in the building. Sad situation really. This made my stay less than favorable. The unit has a number of upgrades required such as the d/w isn’t fixed in place, gaps in flooring, lighting, etc. The worst part was the elevators, I think our rate should have been compensated or at least told about the issue rather than taking our money and hiding it. Shame on you Rivet as this is a known issue.

Check in was quick and easy. The room was gorgeous but did not receive a tower view as stated on my booking but that’s not a big deal. I did take a star off because my bed wasn’t made with a duvet cover on the blanket but two bed sheets with the blanket in between, which got tangled quite a bit while sleeping. That being said, the bed is comfortable. It was convenient to have a laundry machine in the unit as well. The gym facilities are wonderful. Tons of selection from free weights, smith machines, cables etc.!!

The place was easy to get to and in a good position relevant to the city. Check-in was easy. Room was comfortable 2 room setup ie bedroom, lounge/kitchen and bathroom. The place needs maintenance and attention to cleaning details but overall ok.

Perfect location, impeccable guest services, great decor and nice furniture, great views and plenty of hot water. Light dimmers and under cabinet light would be a great addition .

The condo was good but the building was in process of renovation Only 2 out 2 elevator were working. Had to wait long time especially during check in and check out

Beautiful little suite on the 10th floor. Clean, comfortable, modern and the location is outstanding. No coffee maker in the suite. Very rough hallway under construction so it’s super sketchy when you get off the elevator but it’s worth it when you enter the suite. I would rent again.

It was an amazing stay at this grand royal condo. I just wish for coming an hour early that the front desk would let me check into the room as when I got into the condo unit, other then the floor , it wasn't fully clean and I don't know what the cleaner was cleaning as I found old bread crumbs near the toaster , I supplied myself more toilet rolls, hand soap that I wasn't allergic to and Kleenex tissues. Overall other than the minor set backs at the beginning and end of the trip. Overall would recommend this place but you might have to supply other essentials if you stay as long as I did for about a week. Thanks !!

The condo unit is larger than most hotel rooms, mine had two separate bedrooms with two baths and a big walk in closet. The living room, dining and kitchen were all connected between the two bedrooms, and a laundry closet off the front hallway. It was a great experience at the Grand Royal Condos. The place was clean and the staff was great. The location was perfect walking distance to the Hockey Hall of fame and CN tower. I totally recommend this place for location in down town.
