Facility is old, rust in sink. Room was clean and comfortable.

I got great help from the guy at the front desk when I couldn’t operate either the TV or the air-conditioning. And the price was right. It’s not the cheapest hotel in Brooks, but it’s the one I rely on.

The room was filthy. A layer of smudge on the glass, dirty bedding and carpet, broken chair, TV cable box unplugged, front door didn’t shut well. There was a glob of something on the bedside table. We brought our dogs and had to pay extra for them but I don’t know why because the room was unclean to begin with. If we didn’t arrive as late as we did, I would have left and asked for a refund.

Super nice staff. Room was very clean and cozy. Smelt a little like the food that had been cooked previously, but overall very good!

Great staff

The place is under New Management. They have started to add small modern touches to the rooms: think lamps with charging ports for both USB and C cords. It is definately a motel, but little things like that really help a trip there go smooth.

Brooks is a small town with limited services and attractions.

We just showered and slept there. We with family otherwise.

Enjoyed excellent service as well as a clean and quiet room.
