Decent room, good food in the hotel restaurant.

Savoir quel resto fait la livraison le soir, quand tu n'es pas du coin pas facile de savoir et les employé ne savait pas non plus... Une petite liste facile des resto qui livrent aurait été le fun.

Hotel is actually quite nice. Entire experience was ruined by staff nickel and diming us at every turn. They charged us extra fee for early check in and did. It tell us that regular check in was only 20 minutes away. We rented three rooms and two of them had errors in billing than needed a lengthy phone call to fix. Would not recommend based on service.

El hotel es muy lindo y limpio las camas son bien duras y las almohadas demasiado suaves es como si uno no tuviera almohadas. El laundry solo esta disponible para los huespedes de 8am a 8pm lo q es un inconveniente especialmente cuando en vacaciones salimos temprano del hotel y no llegamos hasta mas tarde. Fuera de eso el hotel muy bonito el personal muy agradable.

The location of this hotel was very accessible and easy to get around - this was the best part of our stay.

My family had an absolutely wonderful dinner at the hotel restaurant on Friday night. We came back for dinner on Saturday night and the service was deplorable at best. We were in the restaurant for over an hour and had still not received our drinks, let alone our food. Lots of staff working but completely unorganized. We had very high expectations as dinner on Friday night was wonderful.

Our jetted tub room was amazing, so spacious and the staff were great. Restaurant has great food and bar staff.

Loved the hotel! No issues at all!! Hopefully will stay there again next time I go to Montreal for the Grand Prix

Great location and very clean, modern looking rooms

Was a good experience overall. Had issues with room cleaning and smell with towels. They forgot to clean out room, so we're stuck with same sheets for over 3 nights

The staff are friendly and helpful. They helped ensure my stay was comfortable.
