You really do have to see this place to believe it, I've booked over 20 hotels on this site and high steps is by far the best Stop looking this is place for you wont regret it

Omg were do I begin ?? Its got to be the view its stunning sitting on your private terrace as the sun sets truly magical The room is unbelievable a fridge, cooker, drinking water, fold down couch bed,air con cable TV and by far the best bed iv had in Cebu and iv stayed in 20 ofd hotels on this island You get all this for 15bucks a night the pay that for the view alone !! P.s the couple that run it are lovely
