This is a dated hotel but it has its unique quint Hacienda experience. Centrally located to all local Colchagua valley restaurants and wineries. Room is a bit dated.

Great installation and facilities. Overall very friendly staff except the night shift tried to enter our room at 5 am to "change the blankets"!!!!! because they thought the room was empty!!!! Talk about poor track of your rooms and scaring your guests!!!

Very poor welcoming. No one to show you around or take you to your room. Badly kept outdoors Pool looked ok but hot tub looked old and unkempt There are seats with a nice garden view, but if you look up you will find cobwebs. Food was ok but all the bread we tried was stale. Safety box door was closed and had to carry my valuables with me everywhere. I’d only go back if they charge way way less. Bad value for money

Authentic adobe de vina.

It’s a very special place! It’s very difficult to photograph but it’s charming, authentic and wonderful. We booked dinner in Santa Cruz (and they arranged transportation for us) but after having breakfast there, we should have eaten there! It was great. This place is a quaint, hidden gem!

Positive: staff was amazing, big shout out to Valentina and Maria ! Food quality at dinner was very good. Less positive: entire property including rooms felt dusty and neglected, not up to par for a 4 star. Which is a shame as one could do so much more with this property and location.

Lovely hotel in the Santa Cruz area, convenient to many of the local wineries. The majority staff were not as attentive and 'on the ball' as others we encountered in Chile, but we still had a lovely stay. The pool area was a lovely space to chill out and it was always very quiet. The breakfasts were good, but the other meals were 'below par', I wouldn't suggest planning to eat your main meals at the hotel.

Really nice property. We only stayed for one night but wanted to stay for a week. Clean, friendly, quiet, comfortable with beautiful views and close to nice wineries. Very nice breakfast included. We also enjoyed the pool.

Great stay in colchagua valley. The ideal place to be. Excellent location and staff. Facilities evoque me the old chilean houses at the country.

El personal, el lugar y el entorno hacen de la estadía un relajo total :) Estuvimos 3 noches y cada día fue mejor que el anterior. Tiene acceso a una parte de la viña Estampa, así que se puede caminar por los viñedos. La piscina la teníamos casi para nosotros acompañados del sonido de la naturaleza. Volveríamos de todas maneras! Es un excelente hotel! Peeero nos faltó el factor WOOW para ser un NOI.

Nice spa services

The property is charming! the rooms were so peaceful and warm enough for a chilly night of winter. we were a large group of 8 couples and loved to be able to sit by the fire and be treated super nice by our bartender Cesar. we will definitely come back in the future, maybe during summer. if there is one thing i would change would be the coffee. I could not understand why they would have a commercial machine instead of freshly brewed coffee.

It’s an isolated charming property. Not a lot of amenities but they had a small bar , that’s all we needed. It’s like being in a Hacienda.

Beautiful scenery and excellent customer service. Very good breakfast buffet. Makes you feel like you are disconnected from the city. Marcelo was extremely helpful. Would definitely return to this gem of a hotel.

Staff is very friendly and they go out of their way to help you. Maria, Camilo and the waitress of the restaurant are all fantastic !

Nice place but needs maintenance and better service. Shower water pressure wasn’t enough. Bathroom ceiling was dirty Service didn’t refill minibar A/C unit leaking inside the room Not bad overall but too expensive for the quality. There are better options for the money today in Colchagua

Great staff, dinning options at the restaurant were limited, but it was good enough. Place is clean and quiet, with nice size rooms. Excellent choice for the price paid ($180/night).
