Checkin not till 3 pm which can be inconvenient after a long trip but once in room very spacious for Japan and water view Breakfast excellent with lot of choice Main thing is easy train and bus access to Hakone and other attractions on the Peninsular and you can choose a sunny day to go which is important

hotel feel so old but clean and big. the sea view is so nice.

Very conveniently located across the street from the center of the beach.

Staff are v pleasant and attentive. Rooms are large and comfortable.Views of the bay gorgeous though property is now a little run down as with many sea side seasonal resorts. Hotel spa is adequate and clean. Parking is a walk away so not as convenient. In the off season, dining options are limited. Still, I would stay again if I am in the area.

not much service and the facilities have been worn out, not very bad but cannot say a good there, close to the beach is a plus

Relaxing stay and close to the beach!

Other than the pillows being too hard, we have zero complaints. Very big rooms for a Japanese Hotel, great design and amenities, huge lobby with very nice open space area . One of the better Hotels i've stayed in in Japan in the price bracket for sure. If I go to Atami again I will definitely stay here again if available.

The hotel was lovely. The room was very luxurious with a massage chair and view of the sea. The onsen baths were nice too

Thanks to Hotel and Expedia for sorting out my reservation glitch. Atami is a really relaxing place to end our Japan stay. We really enjoyed walking around the city and the sihts. Most favorite event was taking in the Jazz club..

Good

A lot of hotel rooms in Japan are quite small and cram, but during my whole trip this is by far the biggest hotel room we had. Lovely view of the beach, short walk to a lot of places for food. For those who plan to take the public transport, we traveled by train, and it was just about 10mins walk to the hotel, except the station is at the top of the hill and the climb back up there with our luggage was a bit of a struggle, and the hotel does not have a shuttle service. Apart from that, we loved our room a lot and also enjoyed the private spa experience.

Great location if not far from station. But you are by the beach and close top the main part of town. Hot bath on 3rd floor. View of the ocean and harbor. Quiet and fairly large room fora good price and breakfast I thought it was a good deal and great location and views.Summer you can swim at the beach

今回、一泊二日で利用させていただきました。まず、熱海駅に近く、車の免許のない人でもアクセスしやすい場所にあると思いました。ビーチも近く、夏場は海で泳いだ後でも良さそうだと思いました。また、部屋から見える景色は絶景で、相模湾や初島を一望することができました。温泉もついており、露天風呂もあるので、熱海らしさも感じることができます。 朝はビュッフェ形式で、和食、洋食、様々な料理を堪能することができました。中でも、ネギトロや甘海老とすじこの和え物の食べ放題はとても美味しく、素晴らしかったです。 是非次熱海に来た時にも利用したいと思いました。素晴らしい旅をありがとうございました。

全体的に綺麗で良かった。 喫煙所も1Ｆにあるし、朝食のビュッフェも美味しくて良かったです。 駅から少し遠いですが、海に近いので大満足です。

ビーチが目の前でお部屋からも絶景でした。 バリ風のお部屋も最高。

住宿整潔企理海景一流，可睇日出。 反而大聚溫泉景觀一般，水質麻麻。 但早餐超多選擇，非常豐富美味 。

広い部屋で快適に過ごせます。明け方は日の光がはいってくるので少し暑かったです。それくらい眺めのいい場所です

全体的に良かったです✌️特に、露天風呂🤗ちょっと車の音が、気になったので😅

朝食の干物を自分で焼くスタイルは新鮮でした。湯質もよく楽しい滞在が出来ました。目の前にバス停があり駅の往復も便利でした。
