Very capable, professional and friendly front office staff for day and night. They helped me to locate a suitable hospital around 10.30pm and called the taxi too. I was very grateful for their efficiency and care. They also have very helpful cleaning staff. I asked for a quiet room and far from the lift lobby and I was assigned one. Thank you! The only thing is that the Aircon outlet pointed towards my head so I had to switch it off when going to sleep. Other than that, I was very glad that I stayed in City Place hotel.

Very nice hotel. Room are nice and spacious. Staff are friendly and very good manners. Whenever you go in or out they will greet you.

Room is only valid for 2 small children over 6 years subject to cash costs.

Loved this hotel! Room was spacious and super clean. Easy to adjust the air conditioning since it’s not centralized. Used their hotel bicycles for 2 days and was easy to get around. Lots of good food near by and Chickan Tower is just near by as well. The hotel breakfast isn’t all that great: simple Chinese food, don’t expect to get bacon or scramble eggs here. Would come back here again in my next trip!

Great staff, very efficient, helpful, kind. Accommodation is superb. Breakfast fantastic. They ask if you are vegetarian.
