Very nice hotel. Check in was super quick.

It was a bit expensive for average quality.

Room 231 is next to a noisy room, like machines going all night. Also, there are no safety bars in the shower. Otherwise, the room was clean, and the staff was excellent. Overall, we were happy with our stay. We will visit again. Thank you.

The beds are comfy and the breakfast is excellent!

I was not expecting no housekeeping

Humidy smell was strong, there was no sealant joint between the bath and the floor which I think is the cause of this humity mold smell

There was almost no hot water. Had to fix the plug in the bathtub as it wasn’t holding water. Internet was very slow. The staff were super friendly!

Room was clean and comfortable but the lack of bathtub was a disappointment Pool and hot tub were so busy in the evening I couldn't use them. Noisy neighbours beside and above. Maybe because it was a Saturday night, but as a solo traveler looking to simply rest, this all took away from the relaxation I was hoping to find.

All was good until the next morning turned on the hairdryer and it literally blew up in my hand...burnt my thumb...i got to call the front desk the phone didnt work. The desk could call me but i couldn't call out or room to room. The worst is when reported,never heard from the manager or other. I went to the front desk and one young lady actually gave me some papers to fill out. Sad that i was not compensated in anyway and i had booked and paid fir two rooms...not a lot of customer relations at all. I will make sure all my fretc will hear of this...not even were sorry.
