Great location Good communication re checking in when reception is shut. Friendly guy on reception Comfortable bed. Booked large double. Room was small but we were only there one night. We arrived after midnight and there was zero water pressure. No hot water which can sometimes be expected but a dribble of cold. Fortunately it wasn’t the summer! All was fine in the morning. We were on the top floor ( the roof) which was accessed by a lift only , no stairs. Fire exit situation did concern me.

Such quaint boutique hotel. A few dusty spots but you are in the heart of Centro. Lovely Victoria at the front desk was amazing. Huge clean bathroom and vintage spanish windows over looking the street. Highly recommend

Staff are very friendly and helpful - online check in simple and can store bags if early to check in / late flights when checking out. Room booked was labelled basic - perfect description. Did the job for our stay, only used to sleep and get ready. Bathroom and bedding items could have been a little cleaner. Very close to city centre so perfect for staying in the heart of Malaga & travelling around. Overall, did the job we needed it to.

Great location! Steps are very steep getting into the bedroom itself as we had the lift room! Very clean and no complaints.

We stayed at this hotel for four days at the top floor. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing in terms of cleanliness and amenities. The room had only one small bin located in the bathroom, which was inconvenient for a five day stay. Despite placing the sign to have our room cleaned on the second and third day no housekeeping service was provided during our entire stay. This lack of attention to basic guest needs was frustrating and affect our comfort. No receptionist to raise our request. Wifi is the slowest in the world only in the reception can get a signal another frustrating experience. The water pressure in the room is very slow which made showering and using the sink quite inconvenient. Overall, I will not recommend this place it’s a nightmare experience from us.

Hannah and the team are very friendly one of the highlights of our trip. the room is small but very clean. everything is working and in very good condition from hair dryer to air con. free filtered water and hot water and instant coffee and tea in the lobby area. We will definitely book again.

Best service I have ever experienced so far ! Specially Dina was super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure my stay were super comfortable and helped me alot around Malaga area and attractions. Room was perfect and very quiet, bed was super comfortable. Mini bar fridge was cherry on the top as it was too hot and I kept my drink there. Right in the middle of centre ! Everything was so close. Loved it and definitely will and only stay there for my future visit.

Great hotel and the location, for me, is in the best part of the city. A big mention to the hotel staff, who were all lovely, but a special shout out to the incredibly kind, friendly and caring lady manning reception who was just amazing throughout our stay and especially during the national power outage.

The hotel was well located and the bed was super comfortable. I believe the room had been revamped a couple of years ago and so due to expected wear and tear is looking a bit tired in places. We arrived late(11pm) and left at 10am the next day so never saw any staff. But the self check in was well explained and easy to do.

Was a lovely safe space to stay, reception friendly and very helpful. Lots of places to eat nearby, walkable to central Malaga. Tapas bar next door was great. I marked down only 1 star because it’s great, but could do with some new sealant round the shower to make it 5*

Room was thick with dust and mould. Being in the room for 2 hours aggravated my asthma so much we had to move hotels. Hotels.com weren’t much help and the hotel wouldn’t refund us even though they failed to provide us with a clean and safe room to stay in
