房間不確定到底有沒有清潔過，第一天晚上打開被子，在床上發現一個看起來像軟糖，聞起來西瓜味的東西，想說會不會是自己小朋友在球池玩的時候不小心帶回來的，就算了。結果第二天睡醒，老婆的皮膚開始出現蕁麻疹，人生第一次，去看了醫生後說可能是吃了甲殼類食物或是環境中出現了過敏原，雖然前一晚的晚餐也吃了蝦子，但我完全沒事，所以蝦子應該不是主因。

飯店設施環境雖還不錯，但是隔音實在太差，真的很吵！廁所可以聽到隔壁講話的聲音內容一清二楚，外面也很吵雜，人聲、牆壁碰撞聲，半夜如果鄰居有人洗澡就會傳出水管哄哄的噪音，根本影響睡眠，價錢並不是很便宜的飯店而隔音品質居然那麼差，相比下來就覺得性價比不高。

房間寬敞, 尚稱整潔, 但飯店各項設施配套很理想, 活動選擇多, 規劃的自由用餐區域也很方便實用. 唯獨用餐選擇比較有限, 多數人可能只能去便利商店買泡麵或熟食將就.

現在仍為疫情警戒狀況,居然所有房客共用飲水機而不是提供瓶裝水?!匪夷所思!另外泳池的預約也是問題一堆..我們當日3:20左右check in...要去泳池預約使用,泳池端居然說2:00就開放預約...當日所有場次全部額滿! 2:00不能check in卻可以預約泳池?太多疫情警戒下不可思議的管理方式...

房間除了床以外只有一張沙發床，沙發床明顯感覺髒。晚餐選擇少，服務人員不足。

The room over charge the tax and additional fees, it’s tooks me hours to discuss with them. The room is dirty, you can see many dirts on the carton. We live in the first floor, when we open the window, there are countless flies everywhere. It’s really disgusting. Include the tax I have paid more then 7000 NT. This hotel is def. not worth the price

全館解謎體驗很棒 自助晚餐真的很棒，不能只有我吃到

The hotel is just average quality, facility and food. Most facilities is closed such as pool, zip line. I am a little disappointed. The out side surrounding was nice.

The food wasn't that great.

It aren't a 5* resort to begin with so what's with the low ratings really? It did live up to it's billing of a resort for family togetherness, and even great for company bonding. As it is in rural area up at the foot of the hills, don't go expecting much around the vicinity. Due to the locality, driving would be highly recommend as such. Breakfast was good, buffet style serving both hot and cold dish with ample of varieties. There are also food stalls in the resort however don't go expecting Michelin type food. Activities are available on the side, at about 8 bucks per pax, else there's a pool, poolside lounge, handful of mini games available. If hiking is your kind, this is also a great place to be. Overall, it provides what we came for; family bonding and togetherness

戶外體驗設施與戲水設施讓小朋友盡情釋放精力，享受遊玩樂趣，是極佳的環境體驗與親子活動。入住時間恰逢尖峰時段，若能增加櫃台人手或提供更多自助辦理入住的方式，將有助於縮短等候時間，提升整體入住體驗。

很棒的體驗 早餐豐富，總類很多 晚餐價位中高但食物總類豐富多樣 總體餐食口味平易近人 住宿體驗很棒 小孩玩的很開心 可惜連日下雨，孩子說下次一定還要來訪

這次住宿包含高空挑 體驗活動 蠻好玩的 室內光束任務 雷射戰場（付費）也很適合全家一起玩 不會無聊的一家親子飯店

如果房間燈光能夠再明亮點更好。

有泳池、小孩愛的球池、攀岩等等體育設施，密室逃脫遊戲(另外付費)，小孩玩得很開心 在曾文水庫集水區裡面，飯店附近僅有幾間餐廳 辦理入住花的時間稍長 床墊是一般床墊，旁邊的人翻身會影響另一人，淺眠的人可能會很有感

飯店在水庫保護區內，空氣非常好，飯店也有提供多項設施可供遊玩，房間也乾淨，雖然有一點霉味但還能接受，會再考慮回訪。

晚餐真的沒有必要買菜色極差

很適合喜愛安靜的人，設施豐富多元，值得再訪
