The staff are enthusiastic and supportive even late at night. The airport is very close and convenient. It's easy to catch a bus and enjoy the comfortable Saigon atmosphere.

The bed had bed bugs, my daughter was bitten and the soles of her feet were swollen. The toilet and bathtub floor were covered in hair. The room smelled a bit musty.
