Staff are very friendly. But walking out from the hotel during daytime is very hot. Anyway, near BTS. There's food and massage at the main road.

The staffs are friendly, polite, and helpful, from the lobby and the breakfast room. There is a lot of parking, the rooms are nice, the air conditioning is very cold, the entrance of the alley is lively, there is BTS Bang Chak, there are a lot of food to eat, very convenient. If there is a chance, I will definitely stay again. Out of 10, I give 9, deducting 1 point because the fan and air conditioner are quite loud. And when checking in, the staff gave us a key card for a room that was under repair, which surprised us and made us feel a little disappointed, but the staff solved the problem quickly by bringing out a new room key and changing it immediately.

The service staff is very good. The room is clean, but little Peter came to welcome us on the first day.😅 But overall, it's very good. There is a swimming pool on the rooftop to enjoy the breeze. I really like it. If there is a chance to come back and stay again.

Very nice to stay here for a long vacation. All staff are very helpful and friendly. The room are clean and comfort also. Just close to go to the MRT station, we just need a few minutes walking to the station.

I really like the hotel, near BTS Bangchak (just walk to the beginning of the alley), about 10-12km from the center. The staff communicates well + meets all my requests. There is a breakfast buffet but there are a few dishes. The plus point is that there is a washing machine + dryer that you just need to put in a coin to use, the minus point is that the room is a bit dark and the water faucet is slightly broken. 9.5/10.

Very clean, good breakfast, nice service staffs. Only 2 negative points: bed is hard, pillow is thick, threre is no curtain for the shower space, so the bahtrooms floor is getting always wet after showering.

The service staff is very good. There is a service to borrow an iron. Feeling sick, so I asked the staff if there was a medicine and I found it for me.

รีเซพชันรับเรื่องช้ามากทำให้ต้องรอนานและหาชื่อเราไม่เจอทั้งๆที่จองมาผ่านเว็บมาและจ่ายเงินเรียบร้อยแล้ว อาจจะเป็นเพราะมีพนักงานหน้าฟร้อนท์น้อยไป โรงแรมเก่ามากๆห้องก็เก่าแถมไม่ทำความสะอาดอะไรเลยนอกจากปูเตียง เติมของในห้องน้ำใหม่ เหมือนพึ่งใช้งานเสร็จแล้วรีบเก็บห้อง บนโต๊ะตู้เย็นรีโมทเหมือนไม่ได้ผ่านการทำความสะอาดอะไรเลย แถมหนักไปกว่านั้นมีคราบฉี่เปื้อนชักโครกไว้อีก กลิ่นก็ไม่okเลย แถมได้ห้องทึบแสบมองเห็นแต่ตึกร้างหลอนๆ รู้สึกแย่มาก แต่พนักงานให้การดูแลเป็นกันเองดีค่ะ

The room that I found is Just finished working again There is no pre-cleaning for the person going to stay from that room. And the staff told me to change the room and move to another room But found the same condition again Finally moved to room 3 to go to rest I feel very dissatisfied.

Nice hotel, clean room, good breakfast, nice pool on the roof top. But can be improved with the sound proof of the room. At night many crazy guest scream and bang the door

The bathroom is separate, wet and dry, shower is very difficult to adjust, hard to shower, the room comes in a lot of noise. Breakfast is ok. Staff is OK. Walk into the alley a bit deeper, near 7-11.

Shower area not enough space, its stock in corner. I feel really not comfortable for that. Location quite far from center siam, about 10 bts station. Staff are all friendly and helpful.

The hotel is not far from the Bang Chak BTS station in Soi Seven. The hotel has parking. The standard room is good, but the furniture is a little less. The shower is not as strong as the shower time. Breakfast is less, but the taste is ok.
