My experience at this hotel was very pleasant until the end of my two night stay. At checkout, I asked for an email receipt but never received it. I checked my credit card the following day and realized that I was overcharged by nearly $100.
I immediately called the hotel and spoke to an employee named Nigel who, after going over the charges, admitted I was overcharged. He promised to credit my account and send me an email confirming the correction. Three days later I still had not received the email. I called and spoke to Nigel again. This time he sent the confirming email while I was still on the phone with him, but after 12 days my account still has not been credited the overcharge.
The overcharge and false promise is very disappointing. It’s a disheartening ending to an otherwise enjoyable stay.
