Comfortable stopover for the night quick & easy access to room gentleman on the desk was very helpful

The service was friendly however my non smoking room had a distinct tobacco smell. I immediately reported this to the front desk.

Easy check in breakfast was good deal needed more then the 2 child size pillows I asked and they had me 2 big pillows in five min to room can’t ask for better service then that front desk guy was great.

Lovely gentleman at front desk, easy check in Room was great ! Top tip ask for room 108-106-104 you get outside balance with table and chairs. Lovely quiet are.

The staff were excellent and we visited the old part of Lescar which was really stunning with the cobbled streets. There were shopping amenities also on the outskirts.

Just a nice quiet place clean and very helpful and nice staff

Room was cold with heating through the AC not working, bed was not very comfortable. I use Ibis. I’d get hotels and this one is very dated outside of the reception area

Heating in the room didn’t work, bed was uncomfortable, hotel looks like one of the first Ibis Budget conversions and is now very dated. Needless to say I won’t be staying again.

It is a clean and confortable hotel. However, the air conditioning and WiFi are not best.

stayed here a few times always ok..pity there aren't more food options.

Not really keen on the room i was given when i booked another one, breakfast was not very good and night shift there is no one there at the reception, i mean whats the heck , lets book an aribnb and it gonna do better.

Oui mais les distributeurs boissons nourritures à pièces dommage depuis de nombreuses années restés dans leur jus a l'heure du sans contact depuis 5 ans cet resté en l'état mais il suffit d'avoir de la monnaie sinon parfait cet hôtel
