Bathrooms need some work

The breakfast is good. I love the chilaquiles and fresh fruit with yogurt. The lady is very kind and efficient.

The experience was more than I could ask for. My entire family enjoyed the long week stay. There was something for everyone to do. The food was amazing and fit the needs of everyone in our family.

Very nice hotel overall, rooms were nice and clean, staff was very helpful and nice, specially the lady in charge of the breakfast room, the only negative thing was the pool, pool was dirty and had so many bugs inside.

I stayed there for a week and had a positive experience. Staff were very good and service oriented. I really enjoyed morning breakfast there. Definitely would stay there again!

By far the best hotel we stayed in. Clean and safe. The hotel has security check in at the parking entrance which makes it safe. Breakfast was awesome and staff is beyond great. I would definitely stay here over again and again.

This is a super clean hotel. The check-in & check-out process were so fast and the frontdesk and the waiters in the restaurant so kindly.

No hot water (warm, not hot enough). At least 5 TV channels without enough audio because TV is controlled and you cannot volume up. In the breakfast there are filter employees that WILL NOT LET YOU SEE WHAT YOU CAN EAT. Very dissapointing.

Very clean nice hotel. What you would expect from a 4 star hotel. Breakfast is great. In the outskirts, easy to leave to the airport or Guanajuato. Walmart and mall near by.

Great place, english speaking and very good breakfast. Easy access to Salamanca and Irapuato.
