Everything at Radisson Blu was amazing. From check in and welcome to checking out. Nothing was too much trouble. Staff were super friendly, food choice and quality was great. We were pleased to have water replenished in the room daily. As there was capacity in the hotel we were able to check out later. Our request for a topper to go on the sofa bed was quickly activated. We can’t praise the hotel enough. There’s a nice walk to the port with lots of restaurants if needed. We’ll be back.

Unfortunately wouldn’t return, not upto 5 star standard at all! Cleaning not upto standard, staff are rude, cocktails are cheap and nasty tasting at a 5 star price, no decent wine. Cleaners think it’s appropriate to hang dirty towels back up instead of giving clean ones, when you have left them on the floor where your supposed to in order to get clean ones. Bellboy didn’t give us one suitcase and I didn’t think to check as I popped to the toilet my husband had loaded them into the taxi. This meant an 80euro trip back to the hotel to retrieve it. No apology instead held it and accused us of not paying our bill which had been settled the night before! Disgusting practises never again!!!

This was a great property! The staff is really friendly and really helped us out. Especially after I had left some valuable stuff in the room when we were rushing out trying to catch our flight. I called when we got back to Madrid and the staff couldn't have been more helpful in locating our missing items and coordinating their return to us. Would definitely recommend staying at this resort. It is really centrally located in Mogan.

First class

Outstanding facility with amazing pools for everyone, kids, families and adults. Staff super helpful and kind, proximity to Morgan and all it's beauty. Special Kudos to the hotel staff and waiters for helping us when my daughter fell sick unfortunately. need to go back to make the most of it.

This as our 6th visit which in itself speaks volumes. We love this hotel and the area it is located. However, we did notice a difference in the quality and choice of the half board dinner this time. Enough so to possibly consider only going bed & breakfast next time,

Not a 5 star!! Don’t be fooled by the name, it’s like a good 3 star, had I of booked a 3 star I would have been impressed, I’m not just a Karen but when I book something I feel it should be deserving of the star rating, bedrooms are defiantly not upto the cleanliness standard, one tiny little shower gel provided, which isn’t replenished, told to put towels on the floor to be changed, came back to find our old dirty towels hung back up, reception don’t answer the phone, had to go down twice and finally got fresh towels 45 mins after which made us late to our reservation. No waiter service around the pool, queue up at one till that takes forever just to get a drink. You have to go elsewhere for takeaway food in yet another queue as you’re unable to get a drink at the same place! Pool towels can only be changed in 2 hour slots one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Manager never gets back to you. Listen if your used to a 3 star this hotel is fab but if your used to a 5 star save your money!

If you’re looking for a great holiday for the kids look no further ! We had an amazing time, the kids play areas, exercise options for adults and the staff are brilliant ! Highly recommend it, we’re already discussing when we should go back :)

Very comfortable room - we had a pool access room near the quieter pool which suited us perfectly. Great buffet restaurant breakfast & dinner. Convenient underground car park. 15 minutes walk down to the beach & port area.

Great place

Really enjoyed the quiet pool area however mealtimes were not so quiet and relaxing. We would have preferred an adult only area in the restaurant as at times it was very noisy with children running around. Also during the evening entertainment there were children being disruptive in front of the stage This will prevent us rebooking at this hotel and has made us realise that we should always book adults only. We are parents and grandparents and want children to have fun . The room was in a perfect position and was an excellent size and had everything that we needed, the food in the restaurant was very good. Hotel itself was in a very good location. Reception staff were very helpful.

We were made very welcome when we got to the hotel all the staff fantastic. Couldn’t disappoint meals in hotel bars. Beds were so comfortable best yet I think on the continent for me.
