Wonderful experience at Embrace. The villa was clean and comfortable. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They can help you book an excursion and/or a golf cart rental! The onsite cafe is a great spot for breakfast or lunch. They are open until 3pm Monday-Saturday so plan meals accordingly. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Loved every minute!! Warm and friendly. They even decorated our room for my husbands birthday..definitely will be back and definitely recommend to others..

At the Airport was perfect for us . And the kids could play at the pool just outside our door.

Our stay was great! The resort went above and beyond to help make my mother's 80th birthday celebration special. Everything we needed was provided and service was very friendly.

They have created such a cozy and relaxing space and a family friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend Embrace Resort.

I contacted the property 3 times prior to arrival to set up a pickup and inquire about activities, no one ever contacted me back. Upon arrival I had to walk to the resort from the airport. After I finally found someone to check me in at the property she apologized and promised to do better. When I looked for her 40 minutes later to ask about WiFi she was gone. I texted the help number but didn’t get a reply until 2 days later which was after I checked out a day early because I was unhappy with the place. To be fair the room and the property are very nice so if they were to do better on the service part it would be a nice place to visit

We had an awesome time clean nice and quiet. We loved coming back after a day on the water and lounging in the pool. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back

From the moment we arrived at the airport dexi and her staff made us feel like family. Anything that was needed they were able to take care of it. Will definitely be staying there again.

Great stay...2nd time at the property. Very helpful with renting a boat and golf cart. Breakfast was great too. 5 stars!

We were pretty disappointed. The cafe was not what we expected. The cappuccino was just a coffee, there was no foam. They would not make substitutions like adding chicken to a panini. Some of the photos they used on instagram were not real. They were closed on Sunday and we were unable to rent a golf cart Saturday. The floors were filthy. There was hair in the shower. The water in the shower never got hot. The bed was very uncomfortable and we barely slept. We ran out of toilet paper and no one was around on Sunday to help us and every store was closed. They should’ve kept an extra roll somewhere. Overall I would say to keep looking elsewhere. Really wish we had a better experience.

Staff (especially Dexi!) were awesome! Water pressure was iffy at times. Kitchen was strangely equipped. Ice machine and pool were very appreciated!

We loved the friendliness and cleanliness of the property. They let us rent a golf cart and when it broke down they were kind enough to let us borrow another one. We didnt need the room to be cleaned while we were there so that wasnt an issue. And the accommodations made for our honeymoon were very sweet. Thanks for the wine!

The staff is extremely friendly. On site café was very nice with really good drinks and food. The grounds were well kept. Really enjoyed our stay there

Such an amazing place with an even more amazing staff! Welcoming and friendly people all over the island! Find a beach and just relax! Take an evening dip in the pool and forget about your worries!

The villa was clean and comfortable with a nice small pool. It was right next to the airport which wasn’t the worst since it’s so small and there aren’t many flights going in and out. But it’s not very pretty. On my day of arrival. They were 45 minutes late to pick us up from the airport—really not fun and kind of scary being alone with two kids not knowing if they were going to show up at all and not knowing the place was literally 50 feet away. They told me they didn’t come get us because our room wasn’t ready due to plumbing issues. :(. Its not near anything so golf carts are a necessity which I did not feel they made clear. The tv did not work, which with kids in August, I was counting on for some downtime out of the sun. The internet is very spotty-like barely there. They offer you a cooler to bring to the beach but the ice machine is broken. One day I went to the office four times throughout the day and no one was there so I had to buy my own toilet paper. Two days before my departure they abruptly brought me in the office directing me to leave my kids somewhere else because they “wanted to talk to me”. When I entered the office they were just looking at me so I asked if something was wrong. At that point they handed me my bill. It was weird and left me feeling like they thought I wasn’t going to pay or something. There’s just a weird feeling to the place. I would definitely pass and next time rent a cottage near pirate beach or right from the Yacht Club.
