Being a housekeeping attendant, if you want to stay here, there's no changing of towels for 3 consecutive days, even toilet paper (instead, I had informed the front office what we needed, but it wasn't provided). Soundproofing is terrible, we can hear the television noise from the next room. The air conditioner is without the remote (I had informed the FO, but there were no clues that they would not provide it), freezing everyday unless manually turned off the button.

Pros: - Very close to Pasar Seni Station Hub (LRT/MRT/Bus) - Surrounded by Central Market, Petaling Street, trendy cafes, Rex KL Bookstore, and legendary food - Daily cleaning, free bottled water, and iron/board available on every floor - 24h laundry and KK mart nearby. Cons: - Thin walls (not soundproof) - No mini-fridge and only 3 TV Channels - A bit of a mystery: there is a constant "welcome chime" sound (like a shop entrance bell) that rings until late at night, some reviews suggest it's from a nearby temple, but it doesn't sound like it - Also be aware that the main hotel door is locked from 04:30 AM to 06:00 AM My tips for Future Guests: # Door Check The automatic door closers a bit slow. Always double-check to ensure your door is tightly shut before leaving # Room Hack Request a window facing the station for a beautiful night view # Dining Times Most cafes and legendary food spots in Chinatown do not operate 24/7. Many close by 10:00 PM on weekdays, so make sure to get your dinner before then # Safety First When walking at night, avoid dark and quiet alleys. There are quite a few homeless people around Pasar Seni Station area (Bus Hub and near exit to Travelodge Hotel), Jalan Hang Kasturi (near Lavana hotel), and Jalan Tun HS Lee (near temple) at night. Stay on the main, well-lit streets just to be safe.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It provides great value for money considering its prime location near Pasar Seni Station Hub (LRT/MRT/Bus Hub), which gives you easy access to everywhere in KL. Unlike the noisy Bukit Bintang area, the vibe here is quiet and very comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep. The surrounding area is a foodie's paradise; you're surrounded by aesthetic cafes and legendary culinary spots. It's the perfect blend of old-school charm and modern convenience. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit.

The staff was quite helpful, but the room's soundproofing is terrible. When other rooms make noise, it is very annoying, especially when you have kids traveling around. The cleanliness of the room is okay, also it is strategically near Petaling Street Chinatown where you can find many foods.

The location is strategic. Right in front of Pasar Seni station. So it's easy to get around. The location is close to Central Market, Petaling Jaya, and Chinatown. There are many culinary options and it's easy to find food. It's close to a 24-hour convenience store. The rooms are quite spacious and clean. The bathrooms are also clean. However, the single beds are quite small, unlike hotels in Indonesia. The service is also friendly; the staff speaks fluent Indonesian and is very helpful.

Very strategic, in front of the hotel, there is an LRT and also a terminal for GoKL buses, the rooms are clean, next to the hotel every 7:00-17:00 there are Indonesians selling food. Behind the hotel there are lots of new viral foods. Central Market is nearby, Jamek Mosque is nearby, very recommended. There is a tourist tax, yes. But, it's not a problem.

The location is very strategic, because it is directly in front of the Pasar Seni MRT. Take the GOKL, just cross, immediately get the purple line that can take you to Bukit Bintang. Whether you want to take the Pasar Seni LRT, KRL, or MRT, all are in this one Pasar Seni station. You must be a truly tolerant person to stay here, because this is a Hindu building, and behind the building is the Sri Mariaman Temple, so every morning and evening, there will be a temple bell ringing. As for the facilities, everything is complete. There are towels, drinking water heaters, water heaters for bathing, and there are public ironing facilities that you can use in the hotel living room area. As for food around the hotel, there are many available, just choose what you want to eat.
