The hotel is competitively priced, recently renovated, clean, and just a two minute walk from the bus stop used by the airport bus. Playa de Postiguet and the railway station are each about a 20 minute walk, everything else is within 5-10 minutes, such as the market and any city centre shop that you might need. The check-in desk answered all my queries quickly and accurately. We were given single rooms which were at the back of the hotel and were therefore away from street noise. I found this ideal for a one night stop after an evening flight.

I was staying in one bed room at my solo trip. The room is nice and it had all the things I needed. The room is cleaned everyday. The location of this hotel is perfect. Everything is close by walk. Spar market is close too. The room is right up the street level so you will hear some traffic noises. Some mornings you can hear the personnel (or guests?) talking in the hallway so it can wake you up. The room temperature was quite perfect, because of the air conditioning.

It was a pleasant experience. Proper glasses and cups along with a kettle would have helped. Staff very helpful

I loved the hotel. It was 10 mins walk from the train station and up to 15-20 mins walk to the central part of the city and beach. Lovely staff, tiny but comfy room.

Basic room, clean, comfortable bed. Interior rooms have view of barren courtyard. Very conveniently located in center.

Fair relation price-accommodation.

This hotel is in a great location and is very clean and staff are lovely. However if you get given a room overlooking the street it is extremely noisy with the traffic noise and even with earplugs i couldn't sleep. We had requested a quiet room beforehand but this was not given

Easy access from airport bus stop. Also 10 minutes walk from train station and five minutes walk from tram station Access to tea cofee facilies from reception (evening time only) Good double glazing kept room quiet, fan to regulate temperature. The hotel offers various breakfast deals, depending on how much or how little breakfast you want and prices vary accordingly. I thought was good value and competitive prices.

We stayed for two nights to visit family two blocks down, perfect location close to everything walking distance. Room and bathroom were very clean and very. Staff were super nice and friendly with any question you may have.

Very friendly receptionist. Room is quite small due to the hotel being squeezed between two buildings. Location is great. Wifi is rather spotty in the morning.

Great location, Excellent staff, could don't enough for me, even down to order food from a local takeaway and having it delivered to my room. Rooms were clean cosy and at a nice temperature with the Aircon.

I was very comfortable at La City Mercado. It was clean, everything worked as it should, and the staff was very nice and helpful. I liked the location, and I enjoyed the breakfast.
