There was a dirty rag in the tub. No internet and no texting...CRAZY!

The Silver Reef Casino Resort happened to be an inexpensive stay over before heading out of SeaTac Airport. We did not go into the casino so we could not say anything about it. I do recommend this resort as a quick stay over with many restaurants on site to choose from.

Stay in both towers....loved the North tower by far.....

Rooms were clean, beds comfortable. Staff were pleasant.

Room smelled like cigarette smoke

The front desk staff are not well trained — they are not thoughtful and kind — they are doing just the minimum amount of work. One of them was very rude.

Room was nice. Casino was large and dining options were good

Stayed 1 night on packed Labor Day weekend and enjoyed our stay. Room was great and good value. Front desk staff and staff at restaurant were very nice and enjoyed conversations with them. Casino was packed but still a better vibe and class of people than what I have experienced last few times in Vegas. I don't see the need to ever go back to Vegas and get ripped off when there are nice clean and safer places like this to go to. Parking lot was completely packed due to holiday weekend and a concert at the property and had to park very far away and later move my car after concert over (only real complaint/inconvenience). Like other reviewers have said, the smell of smoke is strong by check in desk and hall to casino but did not have smoke smell in main casino. I think this is due to some design flaw that drafts the smoke from the smoking room down the hall and into the lobby area, but I would rather have the smell of smoke there than in the main casino. Would definitely stay here again.

We so enjoyed our stay. From check in, to a beautiful room, to the lovely helpful staff, it was a great experience. We will definitely be making a return visit!

Did not like the restaurant we tried”Jalepenos” but we will try the others.

That bed is so comfortable and the whole room gets so dark. I wish I could sleep like that every night

I loved everything about my stay! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and the room was clean and comfy. I hope i get the chance to go back up to Ferndale soon!!

Nice room, several dining options, hot tub and pool, beautiful hotel.

We stay here frequently because we know the rooms will be clean and everything in working order. The beds/pillows are very comfortable for a good nights sleep! This time was no different with the exception of the the broken tub drain lever. It appeared someone broke it off and just put it back in the hole after cleaning. We were ankle deep in our dirty water when showering! This is unusual for this hotel not to have fixed this. Its odd that housekeeping missed this while cleaning the shower. The drain was blocked with no way to open it.

We enjoyed our stay at this resort. Plenty of good options and convenient to other a Local areas.

Great property with clean rooms, and quiet. The beds are comfortable. They have a great space for business travelers to work, with good wifi. Dining options are unique as some restaurants are not open all week.

Great value, steakhouse was very good

The property was fantastic. Great rooms, great staff, and having so many choices for dining was very nice.
