Rooms and service is not what it use to be

The room was very clean and the young lady at the reception was courteous.

Great setting, bungalow style duplex units most in one level. Private, safe, clean, comfortable. I’ll definitely come back here for my next visit to the area.

Noise. People talking loud on the hallway. I had to get up and tell them to remain quiet

It is in the lower part of town where there is no effort made in upkeep.

The hotel service is awful. The personnel is rude and despotic. When we arrived the person who was at the desk never looked at us or said hello. The hotel advertised "breakfast included, " yet she said rudely, "there is a continental breakfast, but it has an added cost. You just will get coffee, bread and fruit." The next day the "breakfast" was a piece of Mexican bread, a cup of coffee and A FEW SLICES of a banana and a similar tiny amount of melon. The hotel is deceiving in it's advertising for which they overcharge an awful service. I will never stay at a Best Western Hotel again.

I don't know how this place has good reviews. Customer service is the worst ever. Lady at the front desk on monday nights is so rude and unprofessional. She said she didn't know if breakfast was included but when I asked her who I can ask to about it, she threw a ticket at me for an "american" breakfast. Hot water? After wasting a lot of water in the shower you discover there is no hot water. You have to call for them to turn it on! And then you have to wait for 15 mins! I will never stay here again.

El estacionamiento se llena y aunque hay espacio para dejar el auto te piden lo pongas en la calle porque si no tendrán que despertarte temprano para sacar otros autos, en lugar de pedirte la llave y moverlo ellos.

Location was good , breakfast was disappointing
