The Atlantic Beach Villa is a beautiful, peaceful and relaxing place to stay with a 5 min walk to the gorgeous sunset beach. It is a perfect place, with the most kindhearted staff, for those that are looking for a place outside of downtown Cape Town where they can relax and get out of the hustle of city life. The only aspect that I did not enjoy was the fact that other guests are allowed to smoke outside near the pool and when you have a room with an opening door/windows to the pool area and there is no air conditioning so the windows are always open, the smoke comes in and really makes avoiding second hand smoke impossible. But other than that and if you are lucky enough to stay there when there are no smokers, it is amazing!

Rose and her staff were all very friendly. The rooms are well equipped and Rose took the time to advise our group where to visit and recommended restaurants both in the local area and further afield. She also told us about the best beaches and gave us drives with wonderful scenery. The villa itself is set in a quiet residential area which is very safe and we were able to walk to restaurants and a supermarket. The breakfasts were great as well with a choice of cereal, continental and freshly prepared cooked breakfasts including beautiful omelettes. Now we have the red soil of Africa is on the soles of our feet ...we will return!!

For me this was home away from home. From the moment I arrived and was met by Stephanie who was so friendly through to meeting the owners and the other guests. The whole visit was a wonderful experience and certainly one which I am sure I will enjoy again very soon. My room was spotless, breakfast was an amazing experience and the omlettes are to die for... I am certain that Stephanie's omelette was far better than Roses but only because I didn't get the chance to sample the latter. Thanks guys for a wonderful experience.. One which I hope I can reciprocate with in St Helena sometime.

Rose and her staff are not only friendly, but so caring, thoughtful and informative. Such an amazing staff and property. The villa is located about a 15 minute drive to VA waterfront, inexpensive uber will get you to the city center within minutes.

Fabulous place with a lovely atmosphere. Rosie and her husband were kind and helpful. The area is a little away from main Cape Town but I loved that and there is so much to explore with a gorgeous beach 3 minutes at the end of the road. Perfect for a gorgeous sunset and wine.

Very clean and comfortable. Rose was a wonderful host and did her utmost to assist us with any queries or requests we had. I would stay again and I would recommend to friends.

We stayed at the Atlantic Villa Resort for 10 days and it was absolutely fabulous. The location was beautiful the rooms were comfortable as well. The reason i chose this place was from the previous reviews and i have to say they were right on point. Rose was an incredible host, nothing was too much trouble her omelettes are to die for and she has a brilliant sense of humor. If we needed any help with absolutely anything she would be there to help us out.If you need any advice on where to eat what tours to do she had information on all of it. If we ever go back to Capetown that is the only place i will stay and i cant recommend this place highly enough, in the words of Molly Meldrum Do YOURSELF A FAVOUR you certainly wont regret it the Atlantic Villa Resort is #1 for a reason. Grace & Brenda are on hand to help you out with anything you need in your room as well and Rose's husband Dex is good for a laugh & a chat. I thoroughly enjoyed my tome and i know anyone that stays there will too. Cheers Lindsay & Clancy

Wonderful couple host and a great stay I could recommend to anyone for a vacation stay.

Excellent stay! Breakfast was fantastic, cooked to order eggs, sausages, bacon, tomatos, omelettes, yogurt, fruit. Rose and Dix were SO helpful in planning excursions to Cape of Good Hope and shark cage diving. I HIGHLY recommend!

Beautiful place to stay. 3 min walk to the beach. Amazing hostess! Ms Rose went out of her way to help with reservations for restaurants and numerous other things. She is truly a gem! I used Uber from there to the city and everywhere else. It was very convenient and economical. Great WIFI connection!
