The room was clean, and because it's located in an alley, it's quite quiet and private. The location is near a laundromat, 7/11, Lotus supermarket, and BTS/Bus stations. There's a small food truck right outside the hotel, so you can choose breakfast or lunch. Our room had a direct view of the food truck, and it was always crowded. Furthermore, what I remember most is the enthusiasm of the staff. We almost missed our flight because we didn't have enough cash to pay for the highway to the airport. But thanks to the reception staff's guidance and their communication with the driver, everything went smoothly, and we returned home safely. If I have the chance to visit Thailand again, I would definitely choose to stay here. I highly recommend this place to stay!

The staff provided excellent service. We arrived early, and there was a seating area with snacks and drinks available to enjoy while waiting for our room.

The staff are lovely, greeting guests cheerfully every time they come in and out. The hotel is small and has just enough amenities, suitable for those who want to save on hotel costs but still want a comfortable place to sleep. The hotel is located in a charming little alley, near local restaurants, a 7-11, and close to the BTS Victory Monument.

Checked in at 1 a.m., and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. They provided complimentary iced chamomile tea, brownies, and coffee in the lobby. Awesome. The room was spotlessly clean. There was a clothesline in the room. The best. Bonus: right in front of the hotel, there's a shop selling delicious pork basil rice and eggs. I recommend staying here. The nearest BTS station is Victory Monument, about a 7-10 minute walk.

My second time staying in a superior room. It seems this is the first building in the entire building. The previous week, I stayed in a deluxe room at the back, and the furniture and interior seemed newer. Overall, the stay was okay, except the bathroom exhaust made a pretty loud noise, so I had to press down slightly on the ceiling fan to silence it. The superior room also lacked a microwave.

Very clean and convenient to travel.

I stayed at single room. The appearance was exactly like it was in the picture on traveloka options. At first i thougt the room rather dark, but maybe it was because of the black interior design. Fortunately many lamps were provided and I like that they provided many electrical hubs in every corner. I can plug many devices at the same for charging or drying hair. Bathroom was spacious, and the shower hub size is enough for 1 person. When we closed the shower door, it could prevent the dew occupying the mirror at the toilet side. Toilet is provided with bidet. it was only that the tooth brush and tooth paste were not provided. TV is old fashioned, could not find netflix etc. At the first night, i felt itchy, maybe from the bedsheet. However, the staff acted quickly to change the bedsheet after requested. They also provided useful information in a small map to the guest, so we can see laundry shop nearby. Their friendly gestures were nice and warm. What i liked the most was complimentary snacks! They prepared some banana cakes and fudgy brownies. The brownies were so yummy until i took it not only once. what a sweet treat. will choose this hotel again when i come back to my lovely home "Bangkok" in the future. The accommodation is in the heart of the city. Traveling is very convenient. It's close to both the BTS and buses. It's close to the shopping mall. It's easy to find food.

I came to Bangkok for my family trip. Fynhotel is a good location for my whole family. There are a cozy lobby, cleaned room and more convenience stuff for passengers. It will take 5 minutes to get Victory BTS. And the taxi can come directly to hotel if you book Bolt.

Good place to stay, near bts skytrain

The location is strategic, the staffs are warm and friendly. The most important thing is that the room is comfortable and clean. They also have hot water in the bathroom, but you need to bring your own toothbrush because the hotel doesn't provide it.
