Clean, quiet, convenient, reasonable price, good service from staff.

The Concierge staff on the front lobby at the 1st floor named Boy was so nice, friendly and caring, also helpful. The hotel provides shuttle from the hotel to the nearest station Petchaburi. The room was spacious and quite new (I stayed on the 19th floor which is the privilege floor). Too bad the housekeeping was not good, they didn't do cleaning thoroughly, left the shampoo and tissue empty and don't bother to check and refill, also after tidying the bed, they don't bother to check the dust left on the table. I hope Mercure Makkasan will do some enhancements soon, before those housekeepers ruin the reputation, ruining the property and disappointing guests. Other than that, all was quite fine.

Nice place. Near MRT station that could bring me to Airport. Helpful staff. Unfortunately there are no store around the hotel. The food just average.

The room looked like the pictures that were featured! Comfortable and great stay! I would have given it a full 10 if not for the fact that a shuttle bus to the nearest train station offered by the hotel was not mentioned. We had to walk 20 minutes on a dangerous road side back to the hotel or spend on taxi rides.

I enjoyed the hospitality. Great location and near to airport link. Good foods for breakfast.

The room does not store sound. Noise from outside

The hotel is next to Makkasan city line station, convenient for traveling from Suvanabumi airport to the hotel and vice versa. Checkin quickly, though there were some problems when my booking from traveloka to the hotel did not have breakfast, but the hotel side solved it with traveloka within 5 minutes and everything was fine. Rooms are clean, staff are nice, breakfast is not good but delicious

Right near ARL Makkasan station. Convenient to get from the airport to the hotel. Very satisfied Clean rooms, friendly receptionists, especially small and dedicated people, wholeheartedly care about customers

Everything is perfect! The food the staff and services. Will definitely recommend to my friends. Suggestions: - Toothbrush and toothpaste only available upon request. - No bathrobe available.

Very good for the price

We checking in at around 12 a.m, and the receptionist was so helpful. We even request to have extra time for check out.

The hotel is very comfortable, which is sure to be very nice staying here. The breakfast is also really good.

It can be rated as one of my most satisfying experiences whilst staying in Bangkok. Dodo is a very attentive customer relations officer at the reception, to ensure an informative and smooth check in. Even on check out day, knowing that I have a very late flight in the evening, he has even allowed for late check out without too much hassle. It is true that the location of the hotel is not exactly ideal and you need to cross a railway track walking from the train station but then, the concierge staff are always more than ready to send you to the nearest train station and even the nearest food stall if you are rushing for time and if you have wanted something less elaborate and also inexpensive. The tuk tuk pick up at the train station back to the hotel is also always on time, on two occasions for me, which provides conveniences for hotel guests. I would recommend anyone with budget consideration and who expects good service to stay at this hotel.

The hotel is clean, the service is fast, and the location is quite close to the train station. Available for shuttle that takes guests to the subway.

New Front Hotel is located on the 8th floor. There are no staff to tell us the 1st floor clean room is considered like it. Will be used again

Clean room Ok amenities Want to add straight welcome. The staff at Front Street is very good. But guests have to walk up the room itself. No room service staff. It is recommended to add at the point where staff bring guests to the room.
