The room is very clean and nice , the bed is comfortable,we stay here for 6 nights ,Francesco is very helpful and nice ,he come down to meet us and help us move the all luggage to the 4th floor ,answered all questions we definitely comeback in the future thank you

He welcomed us like we were his houseguests, assisted with information how to navigate around, where to eat, where to go to make the best of the trip. Thank you Francesco! Highly recommended!

Excellent stay, excellent service, excellent cleanliness. The host, Francesco,was absolutely excellent! He showed us where to go, and what to do in Rome. He explained everything on a map he provided. The room was located in an excellent spot, as well. A few minutes from the Vatican, the train station, restaurants, cafe's, bus stops, etc..

The host, Francesco, was very patient and helpful in guiding us throughout our visit. Top tier suggestions. Made our stay more pleasant. Would love to return.

This is not a typical hotel. It has a part-time clerk who is wonderfully helpful. There are a limited number of comfortable, modern, and well kept rooms. Its main feature is its proximity to the Vatican and local sites.

Location is great. Very close to the Vatican (20 minutes walk). The room is clean and staff is helpful and nice.

The room was very spacious, clean and room well appointed. It felt like a new outfitted room. The check in with Francesco was extremely helpful. We visited all of his restaurant suggestions and enjoyed them especially DAI MIEI! Rome was an incredible city.

Excellent stay, went way beyond our expectation. The host Francesco is amazing and super helpful. He gave us a lot of tips on places to visit and eat around the city and all of the recommendations were very helpful. The rooms were very clean and the place is only minutes away from the bus and train station but also minutes away from walking to some of the top locations in the city.
