Outstanding Staff Made Our Stay Exceptional This wasn’t my first stay at Lapita Hotel Dubai, and it definitely won’t be my last. What truly stood out this time was the incredible staff, especially Marry at the reception. Despite the room issue being entirely my mistake—and even more complicated because the booking was through a third party—she went above and beyond to accommodate our request. She literally jumped through hoops to make things right, and did so with grace and patience. Everyone we encountered at the hotel was warm, welcoming, and genuinely cheerful. Some staff even had a great sense of humor, making the whole experience feel more personal and relatable. The positive energy and spirit of the team made our stay feel special. Loved the stay. Loved the team. Can’t wait to come back again.

The resort is nice.. If you’re only looking to visit the parks. However, the entertainment schedule not so full.. you might get bored, even for kids. The tikki house was closed for the whole stay! The kids club unfortunately was extremely boring! Staff and rooms are nice.

Excellent staff and service. Wonderful food and buffet spread. Suggestion for improvement: become more vegan-friendly by planning some vegan items in your buffet, and also marking food items specifically for containing dairy in them

Perfect place for family

We booked Lapita for Xmas this year. The main purpose was to go to the parks. The stay was pleasant but we noted some opps for improvement.

We really loved everything about the property. But what stood out the most was the amazing staff that worked there. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They are the greatest asset to the property.

Just like other resorts in South East Asia (e.g. Thailand, Vietnam), you get everything you need when you staying in here. Everything in a cozy settings to make you relax. What's more, in Lapita, you have got more theme parks, and a very nice walkable area (the european feel villages) and a outlet nearby in walking distance. However, it is quite remote to outside areas, and the transportation cost is quite expensive in Dubai, i will suggest to stay and enjoy the relaxation within the resort during your stay. And as i travelled in October, it is still very hot under the sun, everyday after 4pm, is the best time to enjoy your pool time and outdoor activities. All in all, is a kids paradise! It is a perfect place to travel with kids!

Great hotel for Families with Children 👍 very close to theme parks

Well kept hotel but very crowded. Due to hot weather, buggy service is offered but it leaves a lot to be desired. I suggest the hotel organize the transportation within the resort /parks via busses and not buggies and set times for the trips.

The services has been dropped and not as before TV was not working the whole time and I reported it but no support My luggage after check out were left on the street and no one load them in the car After long day and all my family members are tired we went to the room to be surprised that keys are not working and we had to wait for 20 min do someone can bring us new keys

Staa go far and beyond to serve customers

The Hotel is beautiful and very well maintained. Our second stay and just as enjoyable as our first stay. Staff are always cheerful and go out of there way to provide the best service.
