Hotel needs to be remodeling everything romms,elevators and personal need be friendly with customers.

Terrible terrible nightmare the room was infested of bedbugs and the carpet dirty smell very bad,the bathroom smelling, with have to left early one entire week because me and my family With have bites on all the body,with have to go see the doctor because was very bad Hope expedia stop advertising """EL HOTEL EL MONTE"""

I personally don’t recommend it is too old and destroyed no good for people traveling from USA or any other country it’s sad to say bad words about it,but it’s the true.

Overall yes the Hotel needs updates, but honestly it is not as bad as other places. Cleanliness could and should be better, but it is possible that because of the pandemic there is limited help. Breakfast that was included was not that great and limited. Area around has sounds that might keep you awake like trains that pass by blasting their horns, church bell or other activity going on in the street (even though we had a room on the 7th floor).

I just like the frienly staff but disappointed for the poor condition of the room, bary basic and limited furniture and stinky bathroom

It was bad service rooms are old room barely cools also food is gross u eat same food every day no options nothing like images on page they have o line service is bad.

I didn’t like that they have no cable or sky on the TV so you can’t watch more than 2 channels
