Nice hot spring facility. Enjoyed the bed on tatami. Too bad the access to bus stop is not officially shown to the hotel users.

Breakfast and dinners were excellent. All the staff were so friendly and helpful!

Higashiyama onsen is a lovely, narrow canyon on the outskirts of Aizuwakamatsu. The red and blue sightseeing buses stop within 150 yards of the hotel. The onsen baths are not too hot. The food is great. Our room was a regular one and was spacious. All in all it was a very nice place.

Honestly the nicest place I've ever stayed, the staff were fantastic, the food was amazing and it was so relaxing, with a convenient bus service to get into town.

The food for dinner was exquisite. the outside of the building could use a good steam pressure wash. Onsen facilities were wonderful. happy hour refreshments were amazing taste of local area.

The location is just outside Aizuwakamatsu nestled in a beautiful mountain setting. Great location. You will need a taxi or a car to get here and to go to Aizuwakamatsu town. Room are Japanese style and you get to sleep on futon on tatami mats - great for your back. Room was very comfortable and strong wifi signal. Large clean room with a balcony and a great view of the mountains. There is no shower in the room but the hotel has a great "onsen" - natural hot spring bath. You must try the onsen and I think that is one main reason people stay here. The front desk staff is friendly but cannot speak English so be prepared for that. Breakfast is good at the hotel. For dinner probably best to go to town where you will have more choices. I would recommend this hotel.

Japanese style hotel was clean spacious and with wonderful staff. Not really near public transportation so bring or rent a car. Neat town with a rather large amount of attractions, especially the Dali Museum.

館内のサービスがよく清潔なお部屋でゆっくりと過ごす事が出来ました。

3種類の温泉がよかったが、とくに千年の湯は、洗い場はないものの、必ず行くべし。夕食は創作料理的な要素もあり、郷土料理もありで、満足。朝食も種類が多く、美味しかったが、9時20分には料理が片付けられるので、あまり遅く行くとだめかも。

総じて満足できると思います。一点だけ、フロントに立つ接客だけが気になった。

夏の暑い時期の滞在となりましたが、快適に過ごすことができました。 スタッフの方の声掛けもタイムリーで、シームレスに過ごす事ができました。 また、ウェルカムドリンクが遅くまで頂く事が出来き少し、得した気分となりました。 機会があれば、また行きたいと思います。

食事、お風呂、お部屋、その他全ての点で優れています。もう一度ゆっくりと行きたくなりました。

グランドスタッフの対応や笑顔がとてお良かったです。また、行動予定の相談にも親切丁寧に対応していただき安心できました。 必ずまた来たいと思わせてくれ連泊したいです。

夕食のお料理も美味しかったし　朝食のバイキングも数が多くて　美味しかったです。 部屋まで少し長い廊下を歩くので　高齢で足の悪い方にはたいへんかと。ウェルカムドリンクは　日本酒や甘酒　ソフトドリンクが　充実してました　また　予約しました

従業員の接客最高です 勤務が終わっても挨拶が丁寧 ラウンジも常に清掃に来てくれてる お風呂も清掃ができていて 料理も美味しいし　食前酒が何だったか聞いても その場で答えてくれる 福島には4年連続来ていて　満足したので 来年も桜のシーズン伺う予定

基本的に満足しました 部屋、温泉、料理において満足です 強いて言えば，料理に献立にないメニューがあり、その説明が無かったことです

温泉の種類が豊富です。スタッフのホスピタリティ溢れる対応も素晴らしかったです。
