they had payment problem with traveloka but didn't want to contact traveloka and told me to go to the lobby on the 2nd night at 11pm to finished the payment which hotel should have done with agent. and they locked my room so i couldn't enter the room and treted me like a criminal. really BAD service. i stay in doubletree with different location but did not get this kind of treatment. the boss and staff have bad attitude. and the location has unpleasant smell.
