Second time staying at The Hide Hotel in London and each time has been fabulous! Staff are welcoming and very attentive. Rooms are spacious, clean and luxuriously decorated to a high standard. Rooms are well equipped with refreshments, storage, a mini fridge and eletrical sockets (including USB, bathroom shavers/toothbrush). The complimentary toiletries and slippers are a nice touch too! The hotel is perfectly situated for nearby public transport (Hendon Central), shopping (Brent Cross) and easily accessible road links. Overnight parking is free. Spaces are limited, although if you can brave the narrow access to the rear of the hotel, there's additional spaces for small/medium sized vehicles. The hotel is on an incredibly busy road, however soundproofing is great and I've not found noise levels to be an issue. We usually eat out, therefore cannot comment on the breakfast. There's a plethora of quality eateries nearby if you like variety. The Hide Hotel has become a home from home whenever visiting central London. Certainly, a rare gem and very reasonably priced for the location. I look forward to returning again!

Lovely hotel. Great location for Wembley and Central London. Parking included too. Breakfast was superb and staff couldn't do enough. Will definitely be back.

Everything in this hotel is very well thought through. The rooms are compact, but beautifully decorated and have everything you could need, including L'occitane toiletries and a great shower. The guy on reception when we arrived were late at night was absolutely great and made us feel very welcome. It was our second stay here and we would definitely stay again.

great hotel location for a Wembley gig - easy to get to and from. Added bonus of parking so can drive to the hotel rather than expensive trains! friendly staff, they even got us some plates and forks for our takeaway! Also one of our party left a watch and they called us to let us know. Hopefully they will post it to us. Will be back!

Very convenient for Brent Criss; Wembley not far away. Hotel has no outside space for guests to use but that’s not unusual for London hotels. Otherwise very nice.

Really friendly staff. Easy check in. My room was at the front of the building (room 7) so i had some traffic noise which of course is not the fault of the hotel. They advised that when i stay again i should request a room at the back. Would definitely stay again as really easy access to central London from Hendon tube which is a matter of minutes away on foot. Room and bathroom were spotless and clean The car park at the back is a challenge to enter with a big car but so long as you can cope with the beeping and red from the cameras and hold your nerve you are ok! I was a female solo traveler and felt safe at all times

2nd stay here Great place to stay

We had a few issues. The TV wasn’t working with no remote, reported to staff who found a remote which wasn’t right then sent in staff maintenance that found a correct remote but without cover, clearly wasn’t checked before arrival. Tv itself had been unplugged from the back. Room itself was fine but very hot, which meant we didn’t sleep well - controls for heating were noisy (fan based I think) and if you opened the window the traffic noise was too much (on a very busy road). Neither of us slept well. Finally although we could park it was extremely tight and when we left early in the morning we were blocked in, therefore we had to manoeuvre carefully to get car out, which took sometime. Staff were helpful so can’t complain really, overall 7/10.
